    CFDDEVILDOG432 got a reaction from Officer Swampy for a file, Illinois State Police 2020 District 15 Explorer Skin   
    This is my first public release of the District 15 Explorer Skin. I may release more of the ISP skins I have created. Instead of the Illinois Logo on the back I replaced it with the San Andreas Logo. 
    Some updates may come to fix some things on the skins. Do not re-upload or redistribute my skins whitout my permission.
