    In the ELS file located in your main GTA V, AllowController = false. It turns off all control to the controller. See if that helps.

    Illinois State Police District 15 Grey Taurus skin. District 15 cover the tollway portion of Illinois and have different graphics then other districts. Instead of the Illinois on the back I replaced it with San Andreas. Some updates may come to fix some things on the skin. Do not re-upload or redistribute my skins without my permission.     Could always update the ambulance textures. The texures you used here are our old textures. The new ones linked HERE is the current style CFD likes to use. (Except that checker sucks). Peds are somewhat easy. Could do different house shirts.
