Hey all, i un-installed 7.4. i'm using open iv 2.9 package installer. it says installation successful, but i cannot find the folder anywhere. The Eup menu tells me to install it in plugins folder, but there is no EUP folder in plugins folder either. Any help is appreciated in advance.

I'm very new to this whole modding thing, and certain mods have been more of a headache than not, i.e. crashes, loss of performance, etc. so when it comes to an enhancement mod i'm weary. Thank you sir, i will give it a try, i would have to do that in the ELS ini, correct?

Hey guys, does anyone know how to make the ELS lights brighter without having to download a "visual mod." Any suggestions are appreciated in advance.

Hey shadowdiver, i tried your suggestion, the game still crashes on the loading screen. I'm launching the game straight from steam, i get error message "GTAV has stopped working, i also checked file integrity and still nothing. Any help is appreciated in advance.

So just delete SHV.dll from GTA main directory and the game should launch? And then after the RPH and SHV updates re-install them back?

Hi all, Just a suggestion!!! There are a lot of awesome ELS vehicles that i want to download, but!!! a lot of the authors assume that all who use this mod are as savvy as they are in installation protocols, some of us are not! It would be great to have installation paths in the read me. That being said, i would like to thank all the hard working modders who freely share their skills so we can all enjoy the wonderful world of LSPDFR!!!

game files Hi guys, today i uninstalled and re-installed GTAV through steam. Everything was working fine as of yesterday. Since the new re-install my game neither starts via steam nor RPH. I verified three times and added exceptions to my anti-virus, and restarted my computer several times and yes, windows is up to date. I tried launching via steam and RPH, and in both instances by the time the game loads the screen that asks you options; settings,online,story mode, etc. the second i hit load story mode within a couple of seconds the game crashes. I really need help!!! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated in advance. Problem solved!!!

well sir thank you for taking the time to try and help me out, i'm an older guy with little computer savvy, it took me a month to get it right the first time, i will let you know how it all turns out in about month, lol, and thank you again. i know how to uninstall LSPDFR and GTA but no clue how to uninstall the other mods any hint would greatly cut into that month haha!
