# The "Ped" entry has the following attributes:
      - "chance" is the random probability for the ped model to be chosen (0-100) (mandatory if you have more than 1 entry)
      - "random_props" is the flag (value: "True" or "False") to turn on/off random ped properties (hats, glasses, ears, and watches). By default, it is set to "True".
      - "rain_outfit" is the flag (value: "True" or "False") whether the outfit is for rainy weather. UB will always choose this outfit during rainy weather.
      - "snow_outfit" is the flag (value: "True" or "False") whether the outfit is for snowy weather. UB will always choose this outfit during snowy weather.
        * notes: The "chance" calculation for Ped entries that have "rain_outfit" and "snow_outfit" is separated

You crashed because of your ragenativeUi.dll is missing.

Put that in your main gtav directory, let me know if it works. 

Mods that are perfect for NYPD roleplay!
 
Hi, hope you are doing well with your policing! I frequently switch out my mods, and when I do so, I often end up simulating real departments/offices/agencies and what not. Lately, I have been patrolling as the NYPD and I am loving it! So I thought I would share the few and very good mods I use to do so.

[ELS] New York Police Department Pack by @Walters
Of course one of the first things we would need for our New York Police Department would be vehicles. And the great modder @Walters got our back! With his amazing NYPD vehicle pack, my man gives us the best of the NYPD with everything from the beautiful regular patrol vehicles, to Highway Patrol, to more tactical vehicles. My friends... this pack even has an undercover taxi, as well as a prison bus. At this time; I would not hesitate in choosing a vehicle pack for NYPD roleplay.

MEGA NYPD PACK by @Dualift
The next vital thing for our NYPD roleplay would be police officers/uniforms and on this one, it @Dualift who got our back. With amazing work, @Dualift gives us a beautiful product covering NYPD, NYPD Auxiliary, PBA, ESU, PAPD as well as the CRC. Yep, that is a lot and it is a lot of greatness, which you can read more about at the download page.

Which I can understand, some of you have a too strong heart for EUP, this is where @CadmiumRed saves you from heartbreaking with the great NYPD EUP Pack!

Real NYPD FedSig SS2000 Rumbler Siren + AIRHORN by @HanXue
Now... can't run around with NYPD Units without real NYPD sirens. With @HanXue's great siren mod you can respond code 3 sounding like a proper NYPD unit. The FedSig SS2000 Rumbler Siren is very well made, sounds like the real thing and has a fantastic airhorn.

NYPD Police Stations by @Candice
Another pleasing addition to your NYPD mods collection is the NYPD Police Stations by @Candice. As you patrol the streets in LSPDFR your NYPD unit will be stationed in an interesting and great looking NYPD station.

New York State Police Mega Pack [ELS] by @t0y
If you want to play as the state police, look no longer for good vehicles to use. My boy @t0y got us covered with one of the finest vehicles pack on lspdfr.com.

I of course also use essential mods like Computer+, Callouts, LSPDFR+ and so on.

As Pavy mentioned, it's likely an EUP configuration issue. I would to put it simply first, install EUP Backup Configurations for EUP 9.3+ and see if that helps. If not, we can modify it manually, though I would like to make it as simple for you as possible.

In Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr
Open the lspdfr.ini file and set this setting to true
Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true

You're seeing our security challenge system which was enabled earlier in response to a flood against the site.
It struggles at the moment with rapidly changing IP addresses / carrier NAT. We're working on a solution that should make this better for affected users soon.

You have a corrupt or incorrectly installed model

Started today, I'm getting a lot of errors trying to access any part of the website. Have to refresh multiple times for it to resolve itself.
Not using any Vpn.

I reinstalled the BasicParkignEnforcement.ini files which restored that, and I also replaced the Ultimate Backup files I had with some older Ultimate Backup xml files I used that worked. Now, everything works fine, thank you so much! I will slowly add the files back to see which one is causing the problem.

Hello, your custom data for peds or vehicles are incorrectly configured.
You have a duplicate line in one of the .xml files that you need to find and fix.
Either in Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data or Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup
If you can't then reinstall lspdfr and ultimate backup. 
Also you have an incorrect key assigned here 
 
BasicParkingEnforcement.ini nonexistent or has corrupted values. Make sure it is there, up to date and check the assigned values!

Hello, the only person who can help you is probably the creator of the file or a good vehicle dev. Lights are complicated. Also be aware some authors don't like/allow you to convert their vehicles.
