Hey man, I did make a LCPD livery for that Schafter, made revisions to the one seen in the images a few pages back. As for the Washington, I may consider doing a LCPD one when it comes around. I'll do a mediafire link like the others on the frontpage, but it may be awhile as I'm between places at the moment. Got a new job and my computer is at my old apartment, and I won't have it set up at my new place for a while. Anyone wondering where that Contender is, please be patient as Bovrilwares also got a new job and is in transition! I'm excited to see how it comes out. Really excited for my summer computer build, looking forward to GTA IV with AA and running at full capacity!

Sadly the Cruiser has an open model, but not the Merit. Maybe you can reach Lt. Caine and actually get a response hah. Another thought, is there a chance of random acts of someone stealing a car? I mean, it is Grand Theft Auto.

I recall some of the moderators here stating there is no workaround for this at all. I would love a fix myself, but in the meantime, only thing you can do is challenge yourself to not shoot out the windows

Well, that Landstalker "flashpoint" could be a cool FBI car replacement. BOVRILwares and I have been working on a Contender 4 door however, maybe you and him should team up to make something interesting there, just a thought.
