This program will emulate the errors RC20 & SMPA60, for whatever reason you would want to do this you now can. Screen will go black for approximately 5 seconds to emulate the launching/crashing of GTAIV.

Hello, I want to say one thing before you download. The siren may be quiet, This is because of the way GTAV handles sounds, There is nothing i can do about this, If i increase the volume the siren becomes distorted, I am not willing to do that. I take pride in my work so if i were to increase the volume and it sounds bad that goes against who i am and the quality of modifications i make. Siren is FiveM compatible

Its been almost 3 years since ive released/updated this script, Most of you now don't play GTAIV. I would have this done along time ago but my motherboard decided to die on me, But im (Hopefully) Fixing it now, Everyone had issues with the old script. Im by no means a PRO At scripting/Coding. Please note i did not have anyone test this, So there's going to be issues. I welcome any and all feedback. 
 
Items below marked as "Planned" May or may not happen. This mod has been out for a while. I'm going to call this mod done for now, Please do not expect any updates for it. I enjoyed working on it. I honestly wish people still played GTAIV.
 
How To Install
Drag "TotalVehicleControl.net.dll" & "TotalVehicleControl.ini" & Folder "vehiclecontrol" Into your scripts folder.

I present the GTAV Computer Aided Dispatch.
The point of this program is to enhance the Role-Play within Five Reborn, I've made MDC's and Other CAD's for GTAIV, I may be remaking the MDC and CAD for GTAIV. This is the first of its kind for GTAV. I hope you enjoy! 
 
Please note the screens may be a little off. There is a native updater to the program, so all updates will be done through it and not LCPDFR.

Livery is based off of the Mountain Home, Idaho Police department.

Im back with an update, This time i think its going to be alot better! There is no config file as of now and i may not add one. Hope you like!
 
There are no hot keys, You enable this mod by typing in the console.
Type the following into the console to activate various items.
fpst = Toggle FPS on screen
fps = print FPS in console
loc1 = Toggle location in top left corner
loc2 = toggle location bottom center
host = See if your host

Well... Ive finaly got around to fixing this thing, So here it is AISirens.

What this script does is it allows AI Police to change there siren using 'Air Horn, Yelp, Phazer, Wail'

This is for all the NON-ELS users out there! You now can add/remove extras on the fly! YAY!!! DO NOT RE-UPLOAD Without my permission! Please note that if your vehicle does not have any extras besides the light bar, This will not do anything. It should work on all vehicles that have extras! Read the ReadMe, it has the controls in it, I WILL NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT CONTROLS(Unless you really cannot figure them out) I did not have anyone test this so there may be bugs.(I did not test the final version) All and Any feedback is welcomed!

I know that you can change vehicle liverys via SNT, I only made this because SNT wont let me change my vehicle liverys. So dont hate please, But GIVE FEEDBACK it helps.

First off let me just say, Please DO NOT Comment if your going to say that Simple Native Trainer can do this, I know, But im going for realism with this. Please give feedback, Weather its bad or good. Please report bugs as i did not have anyone but me test it. Works on both Multiplayer And Singleplayer.

How to use

Go to a carwash located on the map drive into the checkpoint so that your player is in it, Select one of the options shown in the top left hand corner using the keys 1-3.(Still dont know how to use? Watch the video, it may help)
