  5. Yeah but, i mean when i try to edit the speech.rpf to importfor example new voices on the dispatch and stuff like that, it says to me that i can't open compressed files or something...btw do you know about the 1.2 version?

  7. Hello, i guess i'm postin this inthe right place. I was trying to change the radio dispatch sounds and some of the police officers' voices, i've found each one that i wanted to replace, but the gtaivaud 1.1.5 doesn't open compressed ivaud files. I've been searching around and i've found that there is (maybe) a 1.2 version of it, but i couldn't find it...says that is in dev since 2010..so...anybody knows if this program can be found for download? or somebody knows how to open that compressed ivauds? Thank you for reading this, i will appreciate any comment. Thank you.
