I made this Tahoe for a custom request a few months ago. I let him have exclusive right to it for awhile but now I think its time everyone enjoys it. It didn't go through all the normal testing like my other cars do but it should work just fine. I haven't worked on it in awhile and I don't plan to again. It was just made for a friend of mine and he said he liked it in its current state so I stopped there.

The truck does have wig-wags (rare for a release of mine) and the secondaries are the rear facing lights

Ohio State Patrol CVPI by NickieB

v1.3 released - Various minor updates and exterior radar units -

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW. THIS VEHICLE INCLUDES A DIFFERENT SKIN TEMPLATE

- This CVPI was created to represent the Ohio State Patrol CVPI as closely as possible. Since they use all blue lighting, only blue lighting will be available for this vehicle.
- The secondaries are mapped to the rear lighting to better represent the real car.
- The lightbar glass has its own texture now instead of it being mapped to the emerglights file. I did this so the color was easier to change. Info on the lightbar glass below.
- A new vehicle template is also being released with this car, the changes can be seen in the screenshots below. The "bumper trim" is now editable from the template as well as the door pillars and door jams.

Slicktop CVPI v1.2 (CVPI_S_v1.2) By NickieB

v1.2b fixes the RC20 error, so if you downloaded the first version and it doesn't work for you, try v1.2b

The skin template has new mappings and features on it so please take a look at that! The bumper trim is now mapped where it should be on the template, the 2011 bumper tabs are also customizable. Door trim and jams have independent mapping too. This was tested by my testers and works so if you have crashing issues, try turning up your "texture resolution" setting in the graphics menu. It is a fairly high file size car, about 4.2MB

This is number 1 of 5 cars that I'll be releasing this week (4/1) so watch out for the rest of them throughout the week.

Police Uniform by NickieB

These textures are created for and will only work on policeman456's model. To use them on the default GTA IV model they would have to be altered. You may alter them if you wish for your personal use. A few people have been asking for the uniform I use in some of my screenshots so here they are. There won't be any updates or alterations done to this particular mod. This is the traffic adviser version of my slicktop charger pack. The other HG2 version can be seen here...

CVPI with Federal Signal Legend by NickieB

There are two different files to download depending on which version you want. I did this to cut down on file size. File names correspond to the rambar they have and are also displayed in each screen shot. Car does have secondary ELS enabled. Thanks to everyone who made this model possible. Especially my BETA testers and EFox for making the release video. Some of you I guess have trouble with the car flipping over. I don't really have the issue but I posted the handling line I use below. If someone has a better line feel free to post it or PM me. Comments, questions, concerns please feel free to PM or comment below. Included are RED/BLUE and All Blue ELS textures along with Clear, Red/Blue, and Solid Blue light bar glass textures. Find "Police.wft" and "Police.wtd", extract (EDIT>Extract) both files to make a backup(ALWAYS Backup!)
Then click EDIT>Replace and import the WTD/WFT included in this file.

To change Lightbar glass color, open the WTD, find "emerglightsfslegend" and import the color you want from
the Glass Textures folder
To change ELS light color, open the WTD, find "emerglights_emis" and import the color you want from
the ELS textures folder

Crown Victoria with Code 3 x2100

There are two versions in the file, one with the spotlight pointed down. The other with the spotlight turned up.
Also two textures are included to change the color of the light bar glass. If you want all blue you'll have to make that yourself.
Car does have primary and secondary ELS.

Logo Blip Mod by NickieB v1.1

This mod replaces the police station blip that comes up when LCPDFR is activated with any logo of you choice. I myself prefer the LCPD logo, I think it shows up best in-game.

***INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS***
Unzip the folder and find the blip you want to use in the "LOGOS" folder and rename it radar_police
Using OpenIV or Spark IV go into the textures folder. Its on the left side near the bottom. 2nd from the bottom for OpenIV and for SparkIV its the folder right above RGSC
Find "blips.wtd" and export the entine folder to make a backup. <<<DONT SKIP THIS STEP
Click and open "blips.wtd", once open look for "radar_police.dds". Its the fourth from the top.
Click on it and hit "Replace"(OpenIV) or "Import"(SparkIV)
Find the blip you renamed radar_police and hit open
Your new logo should now be imported and you should see it in the viewer
Hit SAVE and enjoy your new blip in-game.
