Already tried that, worked on IV but not EFLC

Any ideas to get my GTA IV/EFLC to run on WIN 8, it will boot up on steam then give me a seculauncher failed to start application (2000)

I know i know i just wanna say i want a bait car so i can steal it myself and laugh

I wouldnt cry nor yell cause off bugs im use to closed beta programs such as games and that i love testing stuff but yes some peoples will cry

Ehm i backup'ed my Vehicles.img but today i made this stupid fail i forgot to copy paste and instead i used the original could someone send me a original vehicle img?
