Hi, I will get 60fps in campain then when I go to play multiplayer my game crashes (Not disconnected because your computer is running to slowly) It actually crashes! What should I do?

I have tried restarting the game 3 times already, and no I have been using the same mods for a couple weeks

I just started up GTA IV and when the people screen shows up the animations keep going It's been an hour and the same people slides keep cycling. What should I do?

I have been looking for some Sheriffs uniforms (Tan) but I can't find any does anyone know of any good ones?

They don't exist in LCPDFR but there might be a mod that let's people do that.

In D:/ Drive I don't have a Grand Theft Auto IV-Episodes From Liberty City folder, What else should I do?

In my User folder there is no AppData folder. So where else should I look?

I have just bought and installed the TBoGT dlc so I could use more cars (police3 ect.) And it installed but I can't find the file location. Can I mod DLC's/ does anyone know of the file location

Put ELS in your directory and use SparkIV to import the cars
