SHVDN has design flaws that can cause random issues. These random issues seem to be exaggerated by RPH/LSPDFR. 
Sadly, there is no fix available. The recommendation would be to remove SHVDN.

then you will need to fix whatever you recently changed in your mods folder that's causing your game to crash or if you can't identify the issue, rebuild your mods folder.

Delete lspdfr/chars/Ace Gunner.ls
If you are using LSPDFR Sync, the last good version of your character will be downloaded again.

We don't have anything to do with Epic, so no.

the logfile says different. Ensure you don't have any old version of LSPDFR in the root of your GTA folder (this isn't where it goes, and will interrupt correct loading).
If still persists, then send a new log.

Nobody can send you those files apart from Rockstar, as they own them. If you don't have them backed up, you'll have to wait on an update sadly.

The ETA is whenever you grab the latest version of LSPDFR. There's not been an update for about a month or two.

The latest version of RPH is bundled with LSPDFR.

in general, you press 'Yes' to RPH asking to unblock files. But that won't be anything to do with LSPDFR. If your vehicles/ELS don't work, make a GTA V support topic.
For us to address your LSPDFR concern, please upload RAGEPluginHook.log, a text document you will find in your game folder.

Are you experencing a game crash (crash to desktop)? I'm noticing you use Coastal Callouts, please make sure you are using the latest version of LML (released just a day or so ago) as it contains a fix for loading 16MB+ models, which is used by Coastal Callouts.

Your game is crashing loading 'POLICEB'. If you made changes to that model, you'll need to undo or fix them.

The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
 

You're still getting the outdated version error, which means you are still using the outdated version.
Use the manual installation, drag over the LSPD FIrst Response.dll/pdb files from the plugins folder of the zip file to your game's plugins folder.
 
Ensure any older LSPD First Response.dll/pdb files do not exist in the root of your game folder, this will stop the new plugin from being loaded.

Don't use a mod that depends on it, then. The crash is coming from Interaction+.

Delete it, it shouldn't be there.

RPH stops the game from going online, which was a bit more strictly enforced in the latest update, this unforunately prevents the game from downloading certain MP assets.
This might be fixed in a future RPH update.
