This program is not converted to EXE, and will open in your default browser. (If it does not, you must right click on the file and manually select a web browser.) ~~~ Here is another roleplaying utility that I've built in Flash. :) UnitTracking is for the serious roleplayer, mainly to be used by dispatchers. Due to the limitations of Flash, I was unable to add more than seven rows to the program. You can always run two instances of the program if you have lots of players on your server! This program is nothing fancy, but it does serve the purpose of neatly organizing other players whereabouts and status'. Since I didn't feel like typing out every street and district in LC, I figured I would leave that up to you to fill in manually! ;) As you can see in my screenshot, having a high-res neighborhood map of Liberty City sure comes in handy when trying to pair street addresses with districts! A simple Google search will get you a copy! XD Okay, that's it! As always, if you have any comments or suggestions, or even just want to message someone to tell off, give me a shout! Happy Gaming!!! ooo, and btw, if you look in the bottom right corner of the screen on the monitor, try out the brightness buttons! :D I thought it was a cool little extra to throw in!
  1. Sounds great, Deputy. I'll be looking forward to the release of this! :)
  2. I was kind of working on something similar to this, but it's a flash conversion and pretty simplistic! This looks awesome, and far exceeds what I've done! :O If I knew more about coding, the thing I would most certainly implement would be a "gps tracking system," of sorts. What I mean is that when you are in-game during an online session, other players' positions are indicated on the map. I should think it would be fairly simple to pull that data from the game's exe and translate it into a street name, that would update say every 5 seconds. This would be immensely useful to the player acting as dispatcher, as he/she would know which unit is closest to an incident, as well as pinpoint where to send assistance should it be requested. Like I said, I'm not a programmer by any means, but I do believe that it would be possible. I'm not sure how it works exactly, but the game "OMSI: Bus Simulator" has mods that pull output data from the exe and display it in a separate program file. Looking forward to the release. Cheers! *Edit* And if not specific street names, surely one could forward the pause-menu map into a separate program that would at least show blips. :S

This program is not converted to EXE, and will open in your default browser. (If it does not, you must right click on the file and manually select a web browser.) ~~~ Dispatcher Tone Panel is a standalone role playing enhancement that I more or less did just for fun! It's primary feature is exactly what it sounds like: to generate radio tones while assuming the role of a dispatcher for online play. All switches are animated and include sound. As stated before, this is really more of a "for fun" project I spent a few hours on. That said, if you do have any suggestions or criticisms, shoot me a message and I'll be happy to reply! This program may be used for any purpose you wish, hosted on any site... heck, you can even take credit for it if you really feel the need to! ;) Enjoy! :)
  3. So, I was thinking of picking up a Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Wheel for the sole purpose of traffic patrolling. I was thinking of using several script mods, such as SNT, the Indicator Script, etc, and mapping the wheel with XPadder. This is what I have come up with, but I'm not so sure about dropping close to 100 bucks on a wheel that may have a big dead zone. I realize that LCPD:FR does not offer support for steering wheels, so please don't think this is a request for such. Just sharing an idea! What do you guys/gals think?
