It's about time, is all that I have to say.  Always more work to be done, though!  I'm happy at least this issue, is no longer an issue in the US.

I know that we're all very exicted, but the speculaction can really need a break. As far as I know, it's not getting released today. Keep in mind, only Sam and LMS knows the release date.

With the release of the first version of LSPDFR almost imminent, we've put together a preview detailing the large variety of features that it will be packing.
In terms of actual detail, this is by far the most comprehensive look at LSPDFR yet, and we hope that it will go some way in answering the many questions we receive about what will, and will not, be in the first release of the modification.
You can take a look at this brand new preview over on the official LSPDFR page at http://www.lspdfr.com

Hey guys.  Got started on making a mod... didn't really know what I was making at first but just wanted to learn the new APIs...
The result is something I figured I would share, this was about after 5 hours of coding and so forth - I'm still trying to get used to the RageHook in itself.  Either way, enjoy the sneak-peak of LS PARAMEDIC.  I'll be trying to keep this thread updated, but feel free to track it on YouTube.

this update caused my game to have lag spikes which I did not have before I never cared for these dlc since they add nothing to the game

yes. block the game with the windows firewall (go to firewall with advanced security, outbound rule, then block GTA5.exe, GTAVLauncher.exe and PlayGTAV.exe)
If you lauch the game it says Code 2. Ignore it and press offline mode. Have fun playing!

Hard to say. It shouldn't, since any other mods in update.rpf won't be touched by the new update. The update will only add the new folder, not edit any other ones
