  13. ​You rated me one down cuz your stupid self doesn't even know how to use a commandline. ask 10 lcpdfr players if they have a command line, and 10 will say they do. gta iv is impossible to use without a commandline. the command line i sent was mine, for my system. it likely wouldnt work for yours. so next time instead of saying that i broke your shit, get off your lazy ass and use google to learn how to use a command line.
  14. What you need is a command line Open a new notepad file and paste this into it: -norestrictions -availablevidmem 100 -percentvidmem 100 -memrestrict 419430400 -novblank then save it as commandline.txt and put it in the main directory of your game
