I installed the file at the link, ran the diagnostic tool and it worked. Attached is the log file.

Upon startup of the game, LCPDFR tries to start but fails, and says "Error Loading Script LCPDFR_loader.loader 1.0d". I did some digging on the forums and found another post that was solved by running the diagnostic tool. I treid that but before it gets to doing anything useful, it stops working. I treid running it as admin and it still didn't work. I am running windows 7 and downloaded LCPDFR yesterday (I'm not totally new, I had it a while ago but GTAIV broke and recently fixed it). Attached should be the log files. I can provide other info if requested. Thank you in advance for any help or wisdom you can give me. Also, while downloading, Avast! thought that one of the files contained a virus and I had to turn off certain firewalls to download the automatic installer and run it.

My GTA IV doesn't work at all and I haven't gotten much help. When I run the game, I can get to the menu and then when I click the start button it will load for a while then crash. The error occured when I attempted to install a vehicle and I THINK I removed it, I have deleted and redownloaded it many times. And still hasen't fixed it (I have the steam version). I think the issue is coming from a vehicle file/folder of some time. If anything new happens with this I will post about it
