My GTA IV doesn't work at all and I haven't gotten much help. When I run the game, I can get to the menu and then when I click the start button it will load for a while then crash. The error message says something bad has happened and the only error info I can find is this:

If you need me to attach a file, ask. The error occured when I attempted to install a vehicle and I THINK I removed it, I have deleted and redownloaded it many times. And still hasen't fixed it (I have the steam version). I think the issue is coming from a vehicle file/folder of some time. If anything new happens with this I will post about it
