I just uninstalled GTA 4 and reinstalled it and it still does not work. this is so annoying

I just deleted it and it still will not load. I have no clue why

No the game doesnt even load. It just turns black for a second like it is going to load and then it just goes back to my desktop. It doesnt even crash I just installed LCPDFR 1.0d Hotfix 1 to see if that fixes anything and I just ran the diagnostics tool and it said that my log checks failed. Do you know any reason why? or how to fix it?

How do I get to my savegames so I can delete it? Because I uninstalled LCPDFR and it still is not working so I will try to delete the savegame

LCPDFR 1.0c was working just fine with my GTA 4 and then today I updated to LCPDFR 1.0d and now every time I try to load my game, it does not start up. I do not get any errors it just shows me a black screen and then takes me back to my computer desktop. I installed 1.0d both manually and automatically. I also checked the diagnostics tool and nothing was found to be wrong. I then tried to reinstall 1.0c to see if my game would work and it still didnt. Even when I reinstalled 1.0c it still loaded up a black screen, and then went back to the desktop... Anyone know why?

I have tried everything above and I am still having my problem. When the game starts up, in the top left hand corner it says " Error LCPDFR Loading.Loading". Below are all of my logs except the AdvancedHook.log because I do not have one of those. The only mods I am using is ELS V6 (Because ELS V8 will not install ive tried everything on that too) and gangrenn's firefighter mod and traffic flow, and an ELS V8 enabled police car pack.

I tried installing LCPDFR with the automatic way, the alt automatic way and the manual way and everytime I try to install it, it just gives me the loading.loading error. I also tried to install ELS V8 and that didnt install either because none of the keys work. Does anyone know why?

Sorry, and They are all ELS V8 recommended firetrucks and police cars and they are all set to on and still nothing

I have all of those and no I didnt edit anything its all the way it came

I installed all of the files correctly including dsound.dll and it still is not working. I press every key that it says to and nothing happens. The only thing I can do is click "G" and work the siren, thats it. Does anyone know how to fix this?
