Like I said I'm a new modder and I am looking for a new model for example I am currently using one of these skins:http://www.gta4-mods.com/player/requested-characters-packup-f16131 in this mod it has uppr. and lowr. and head_diff files etc I want a player skin like this

EFLC 0.1.0.8 I got the game when it was first out and I recently got a graphics card and is there any other way to change player skin?

@ThatOneHick Yes because thats the only way I know to modify my player skin @Break My version isnt compatible with snt :(

I'm a week into modding and I cant seem to find a firefighter uniform as a player and I only know how to replace the uppr. and lowr. and head_diff and those kind of files, I need the uniform asap! :)
