I can move the mouse, and I have already reinstalled it like, 8 times.

1920x1080 isn't avaliable for me, but I tried some others like 800x600, 1024x768 and it didn't work. =(

No, i'm not, and I posted it, check the attached files. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate, Processor: AMD FX 8350 Graphics Card: AMD Radeon 7700 Series

When I open the police computer in any car, I am able to move the mouse but I can't leave the computer back to the game or login, I click on login but nothing happens, I already changed my mouse sensibility but it didn't help. It's really annoying because I can just press Esc and quit the game, to start playing again later. Any help is welcome.
