When I open the police computer in any car, I am able to move the mouse but I can't leave the computer back to the game or login, I click on login but nothing happens, I already changed my mouse sensibility but it didn't help.

It's really annoying because I can just press Esc and quit the game, to start playing again later. Any help is welcome.

What screen resolution are you currently using? 

1600x900x32, the size of my screen

Are you using any ENBs?

Sorry, must be getting slow :P 

It could be something with your resolution, as some users have reported that changing the resolution solves the issue. Maybe try running it at 1920x1080? 

1920x1080 isn't avaliable for me, but I tried some others like 800x600, 1024x768 and it didn't work. =(

And by reinstall, do you mean LCPDFR or the entire game?

Well, Jay meant the entire game. So, I would attempt to reinstall the entire game. Run the uninstaller and delete all left-over files.
