Hey guys, I know there are countless threads on how to fix ELS7, ive read many such as no matter what guide/thread I follow I always have the same problem. For me the problem isn't crashes or anything of the sorts but it just wont appear at all in my game. I have an ELS car, ive tried different ones, and I press the keys to turn ELS on and nothing everytime. I have disabled trainer, tried changing the keys for ELS, reinstalled it, tried it with a less modded version of GTA, turned to on in the ELS config, made a copy of the default config and changed stuff around then assigned it to a car. I feel like ive tried everything and I cant get it to work. This is the last mod I need to complete my version of GTA and be able to play without worries. Someone please help me so I can play LCPDFR with Full Enjoyment.

Does anyone know which setting is the d'pad? Im trying to change D'pad down to shift on my controller so I can pull ppl over easily.

can someone lead me in the direction of where to download a good Icehancer that will work good with LCPDFR? And also can someone give me a brief explanation of what exactly I need to download and how to install? Thank you so much for helping this noob lol

I went to my local gamestop today and they did not have a copy of GTA IV and the guy told me to just get it on steam. Should i follow is advice and just get it from Steam even though im gonna mod it for LCPDFR? or would a retail copy be better even though i am gonna have to hunt for a copy?
