I agree. Its pretty good though :) I'm using an LAPD theme for my patrols although I'm using Yard1's lapd skin, however* yours is the iPhone... automatic +1 from a fellow iphone user :P heh

What kind of problem? if its the light 'beam' not showing up, you'll have to play around with the .ini file for a bit to get it set right, if its a common vehicle, I'm sure some coordinates have already been posted. If rather, the problem you're having is script related as well.... then I'm not sure. I haven't tested my noose vehicle yet. Only police, police2, and fbi so far :\ Will have to test.

same problem as this thread but wasn't really 100% sure on the whole 'necro posting' even if the topic was a couple months.. But still having this problem and haven't been able to find a solution for it anywhere on the internet yet. Wondering if it is clashing with another mod which causes the problem or what. So far have tried: >reloadscripts (at least a dozen times) >having images.txt Read-Only, and then NOT Read-Only, >Launching game normally, and then again in Admin mode So far the only thing that happens is 50-50 chance it'll just give me the error, or it'll freeze the entire game. Aaaand this post is useless now. [FIXED]: I deleted the spotlight.img file and used OpenIV, to add it to the cdimages directory.. I also changed the toggle button to the numpad * key. Not sure which of it worked, but hopefully this'll help anyone else who is trying to figure out the problem

Nevermind... got it to work :\, I did a "repair" (although probably not necessary) then ran everything through administrator mode... guess I was so used to having UAC off, that with it on now, (don't ask, long story) that I had to run everything as admin again, lol. Epic fail *facepalm* EDIT: So to O.P. try the same thing. Do a repair/or fresh install, patch to latest of course, install LCPDFR as admin, run game as admin. Or having UAC off, either way that should work hopefull...

Ya know I'm having the same issue... except I have a lot of mods running (LA vehicle pack 2.0, indicator, the baton weapon, Breathalizer, ELS6.1, Halt_Traffic (or something like that to have them stop behind you for 25+ seconds instead of trying to overtake you), a radar mod, the v64 trainer, SpeedoIV, TrafficFlowv5RC2, RTC_v5, female cops 0.9, google radar, the 'blue' police station one, Towing service, and I think that's it... lol) Going to try a fresh install with just LCPDFR, and see if that fixes it... if so then its one of those mods running that's causing the error.

which GXT editor are you using? When I open it up i go to Edit>Find: Then type the name of the vehicle corresponding with the vehicles.ide file. so POLPAT is police patriot, NSTOCK, PSTOCK - quite obvious, POLICE and POLICE2, etc. Once you find those, edit the entry and input the new value.

its at 30. What do the car lights have to do with the street lights and other lighting effects? 0.o

EDIT: Nevermind >.< I'm a dodo.... turned down brightness, and that seems to work just fine, lol. Thanks :P Now I'm going to go cry in a corner in shame. EDIT#2: Nevermind again... lights still too bright even with brightness all the way down :\ I edited the police lights lines in vissettings, that helped a bit with those, but still wondering (probably timecyc file..) where to edit all the lighting effects.

Okay the graphics are f***ing outstanding with just these 2 adjustments on visualsettings and timecyc, lol but only problem I'm having is the lighting. I don't mind the bright @$$ red/blue police lights, to me that just looks more realistic, but all the other lighting is way too bright for me. Street lights, the taxi on/offduty light on top, the sun during sunny days... pretty much everything is amplified too much, how do I tone these down to make it 100% instead of just 99% perfect? :P Any/all help would be appreciated ^_^

I heard iCEnhancer is a serious computer whore, and even top end gaming rigs gets slowed down with it... maybe memory leaking issue? 0.o Either way, on topic, I'd just use iCEnhancer alone, if you can untinstall the ENB files. I did a fresh install and put ice 2.1 on by itself without a seperate ENB and was spectacular (also added the shaders and stuff with it, helped in preventing the red sky issue - I know not really a big issue with some ppl but I couldn't stand it). I just need to figure out the right settings in the files and in game to get it to stop lagging after 10-15 mintues of game play :\ seriously thinking its the memory leak issue, which I don't know how to fix. I need to look more into it. EDIT: Correction memory leak issue might have something to do with my Real Cars v12.3 pack + traffic control :\

and this still works with the Real Cars pack? (I had v12.3 but no matter what, or how many taxi fixes I put in, there's always the taxi bug. If I wait around for a few minutes then normal cars will spawn again :\ Not to mention I think iCEnhancer is slowing my performance down dramatically. Unless that is the leak you speak of.

yeah correction, different site I was looking at. But all the cars can be found on GPM, the skins, like Tom said, are probably for the MP group. :\

if that server is the one I'm thinking it is, they have the basic cars, dodge charger and crown vic. There's also the ford interceptor it looked like from the beginning, and the site says their special enforcement unit uses a trail blazer lol... but not sure if its the same server you're referring to or not. But you can find all those mods on GPM ^_^ Skins, I'm sure too...
