  1. Thanks everyone. The default cars are the problem. I've only installed one vehicle and that car has the least problems. I sort of remember how it was difficult to drive in this game. I think it's been more than a year since I played. I might be more used to the arcade feel in Need For Speed where the handling is more subtle than in this game. If I have time, I might post a video of my driving to see if it's me or the game because I'm shocked by the loose shocks on these cars.
  2. I'm new to the game and I installed ELS. I downloaded the most popular Crown Vic from the download section but only have a light bar and front and rear lights as the lights. The reverse lights on the Crown Vic don't seem to work on this model. Which Crown Victoria is preferred among the community, with the most options for lights?
  3. The other logo was badass. I never like state outlines in logos -- not very creative. This looks like a cheap park ranger logo.
  4. I haven't played GTA IV in a while. I've been playing Need For Speed and Need For Speed World. So, I installed the LCPD mod and I restarted GTA IV and I feel like the cars are completely unrealistic. They seem to float through the air with the tires hanging three feet down to touch the road whenever I hit a bump. The speed of the vehicles also seems to be in slow-motion. When I stop, I slide for miles. If I hit another car, it's like my car is made of aluminum foil and instantly flips onto its top. I can't remember if this is normal for GTA IV or if I'm just used to Need For Speed. Or if it's just the LCPD mod. Please advise. If this is normal for GTA IV, what mod is best to make the cars drive like IRL? Thanks in advance.
  5. How do you open the img file? What's the default program?
