@shawn What's up shawn, it was nice playing with you and the guys last wednesday online. I definitely would say that ELS V5 is way more stable than ELS V6. You will only get like 20 to 30 minutes of gameplay with V6, if everything is really intensive you will crash faster so you might not make it to 20 minutes. I record all of my videos will V5.

He made that uniform himself. You won't find it anywhere. You can learn how to do it yourself but you need to find someone who made a tutorial on creating uniform textures. I'm also trying to learn myself, I'm waiting for my dude Kpdofficer to make a tutorial on it since he's a expert at skins and textures.

I had to reinstall EFLC recently and the files were encrypted, my version was a old patch which means that all old patches of EFLC is encrypted. Soon as I updated to patch 1.1.2.0 the files were no longer encrypted.

It will definitely be the noose cruiser, the noosestockade is pretty much a go when it comes to replacing it just as long as you don't replace the noose cruiser with a ELS vehicle.

You may want to try ELS V5, ELS V6 is not stable with alot of ELS vehicles just one car can be use with ELS V6. Make sure that you also don't have a ELS vehicle in the noose slot. If a modded car is in that slot it can lead to a game crash faster than you can turn your head, whenever you call for noose will equal a game crash if a ELS vehicle is in that slot. I can play about two hours and more with ELS V5.

@bucky16 The file unlocker only works for patch 1.1.1.0, you can download it from market place but you will need to update it to patch 1.1.2.0 in order for the files to be no longer encrypted.

@bucky16 You don't want to do that, buying EFLC from Windows live Marketplace is not a good move. I brought it from the marketplace for like twenty dollars and it turns out to be just a add on. The files are encoded so it's a hassle trying to mod the game, you'll have to find a tool to decode the files. I don't even know if that tool is even out there. I was mad that I wasted twenty dollars on a encoded EFLC. Best thing to do is just buy it off of Amazon, it's cheap. Only eight dollars for the retail pc dvd brand new.

How do you replace police3 and police4 in EFLC?. I replaced both with ELS cars and when I go in-game the cars still remained as the default ones. Can someone help me with this.

@Sgt.Kanyo Your flashdelay should be 0 for both SP and MP, I see that you have it set at 3 and 7. When you use the A-04 pattern that's why it stays contantly on with no flashing. You're delaying the flashing with those numbers maybe their too high. I'm rocking your new timecycle which is amazing by the way.

Yeah it's definitely amazing. I also picked up a copy on the release date and was just blown away at how much detail was added to game and the physics. I can only imagine how GTA 5 will be with the same game engine. GTA 5 is gonna be epic!!.

I agreed with you Sgt. Smith the default cars are so ugly, if you're using Els v6 you would have to deal with those default cars but if your using Els v5 no more default cars.

You can make the noose guys stand up through the simple native trainer. If you don't have the trainer just google it and download it. You can find all the trainers at www.Gtagaming.com.

Look for the emergency lights.png, some authors will include a extras file with those png files in it so you can change them from red/blue to blue/blue. hopefully you know how to change the light colors which can done by going into the Els configuration and changing all ones to zeros.

@Marine831 You had me laughing man, I got a Hp pavilion dv6-6135dx laptop with a index rating of 5.9. My gaming graphics rating is 6.2 and the processor rating is 6.7. I have learned that a laptop is not the best way to go if you plan on gaming but mine can handle some heavy demanding games kind of well. I'm playing Skyrim with Enb with fps ranging from 24 to 40, I can't belive that my laptop can run this game with Enb. Enb does not do well on a mobility gpu, it's gonna lagg like crazy with only 10 fps. I tried it with GTAIV and cried!!, I can't stop crying, lol. You and me have to upgrade to a desktop with a i7 processor with a Nvidia Gtx 680. I can't wait to get my Gtx 680. :biggrin:
