on LCDP 1.0 when I go to install the prerequisites in the auto installer the C++ redistributable's come up in Chinese I think, I can't read what im accepting or read what it is? Any help on how to convert it to English?

It can run most things. So the computer shouldn't limit the ENB.

I have the ELS folder in my main directory, what do you mean by make sure there correct? and i don't have a trainer. Thanks for responding though.

So first off I did a reinstall of the game. I installed LCPDFR and ELS v7. I moved the dsound.dll ELS.asi ELS.ini Scripthook.dll and the ELS folder. I copy and replace the dsound.dll and Scripthook.dll. When I get in the game i press ` and it says it's not enabled. Idk if this would help but here. Hi, I've seen people change the siren very rapidly from yelp to whelen and back very quickly or manu to yelp etc... How can i achieve this.
