I just downloaded the 911 Tribute skin http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/2711-911-tribute-skin/ and im wondering on how I would put it on my crown vic.

In SparkIV or OpenIV you want to open up the file that has your crown vic and has .wtd at the end. Inside that there is something along the lines of police_sign_1 or cvpi_sign_1 etc. Rename the file you downloaded to what ever that file is name (usually police_sign_1) and import it into the .wtd file. That was kinda tough to explain, if you didn't get it look up a video.
