i hate them because they are too efficient . keep on conducting raids and operation of course with a warrant , Hong kong police and singapore were trained or modelled by the british police in the past when they were under british colony at that time . they sucks . they also catch people who smoke contraband cig . Hi everyone here , i need some help in there , i am using EFLC with 1.120 patches , and i am using this with SNT , LCPDFR , Indicator mods , crime city , ELS V6 and trafficflow mods. but everytime when i spawn a car / let say a police car . and i press the J ,K,L and etc . the game will stop crash . not sure what causes this error . is it the car mods . i am using police car mods for the police.wft , police.wtd , police2.wft , police2wtd , polpatriot wft , polpatriot wtdand FBI wtd and FBI wft . I will post a video of it

It means do thing fast. . For example in my country nobody dare to demostration or group protest. Because of our few strict law and high efficient police. Which will arrive whithin 15 - 30 min. I am a singaporean and not china. Many ppl we are part of china. But in fact. We are not related at all. Btw do you agreed that they say hong kong have the most efficent in term of arriving crime scene, answeing phone call witthin 3 min and investigating and solving crime fast

i have search the website. And i have upon a website call wikipedia. And they say many police forces/agencies recognise the hong kong police are the best and efficient. Hong kong police are also recognse by the fbi. But do not know whether is true? ?! As wikipedia is not so reliable as many can edit the article in wiki

you get this error when you are trying to upgrade the patches right ??? for gta 4 is 1.070 and eflc is 11.20 when you have download the patches . extract and put all the file inside the main directory . it consist of media1.cab , update2note , titleupdate.msi and setup . you should try both titleupdate ,msi and setup exe . one of those should have at least 1 work .

i think they should make their game compatiblity with the mods such as LCPDFR , Radar mods ,Crime city mods ( in short user made mods) i wonder is it possible ??? because some mods will cause crash after playing for a few min .

how do you get this error , is it caused by the lcpdfr . or the game itself . For lcpdfr , you will need to reinstall and check whether it work . if not you open lauch gta4 shortcut as adminstrator

For me imo i think they should make their game more moddable , because it kind of annoying when the game keep crashing after a few minutes with the mods installed . what about your ideas
