Unable to get rid of black lightbar - tried many fixes
This vehicle pack is the only one that has given me problems with the lightbar. I tried changing all the police, FBI, and sheriff models in the vehicles.meta to "0x00FFFFFF", didn't work. Tried changing the window tint to none in Simple Trainer - that changed nothing. Tried deleting glassdirt from the .ytd files, which also didn't work. I really like this pack so I'm trying to do what I can to fix it. Any other suggestions? vehicles.txt

LCPDFR 1.0 doesn't start
After following LMS's suggestion to download and install the latest DirectX runtimes, I can now start LCPDFR 1.0. But now the game is crashing when I try to arrest a suspect. At least the first problem is solved :D Link to post:

LCPDFR 1.0 doesn't start
I know other people are having this same issue, but I wanted to make sure that I had everything setup properly. Initially I used the automatic installer, then uninstalled 1.0 and used the manual install and extracted to the root. It says "Load succesful" upon starting GTAIV, but ALT + P, CTRL + P, or P does not work. Pressing ` does not bring up the script window. I uninstalled all x64 redistributables in hopes that would work, no avail. The files in the root and subdirectories are set to read only, and when I tried to uncheck the option in the properties window, it would default back to read only after I closed the window and brought it back up. Didn't have a problem with 0.95 being read only though. I have tried to play multiple times today (12/29).

When i try to unzip the archive from Automatic Installer
I would try re-downloading the .zip file, perhaps it downloaded incorrectly.

LCPDFR 1.0 - Not there? ALT + P Doesn't work?
Same issue here, ALT + P doesn't work for me either. Neither does pressing P like the manual says. Initially LCPDFR was crashing constantly upon first load, then I uninstalled 0.95 and installed 1.0 manually.
