Let's leave the deciding to the experts. In my opinion, as a man with expert opinion on the use of lethal and non lethal force, I would personally disagree that lethal force was the final choice. When officers are questioned about lethal force, they must consent that all attempts to use non lethal force (such as negotiating or simple tasers) was used. We do not have enough evidence through this clip to see if the LAPD shouted 'Stop LAPD' or attempted to deploy a taser. I rest my case.

100% agreement here. Unfortunately here in the UK we do not have 'SWAT' Classified calls. The unarmed officers have to arrive, assess the scene and request the necessary backup etc. This was purely down to the officer's judgement. But I agree, the officers should have been quicker to call our the ARUs. Also, protocol here in the UK is to attempt to arrest the suspect first before calling for ARU. Agreed.
