    You could just change the key that sirens are activated in the els.ini file. It uses G by default. I have changed mine to 'B' as soon as I press it the sirens activate. Keep pressing it and it scrolls through each mode (Cars do not pull over, but in real life some don't. Making it more realistic) Hope this helps!
