    so i was looking around turbo squid and i found. This http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3dsmax-station-building-lights/501380 and I wondered if I can put this in gta iv. But I dont know anything about developing a map mod so would it be possible putting this in gta iv or do you have to convert anything?
