Somewhere in your root file you have 0.3 lspdfr. Best bet is to load 0.4 to a vanilla gta V root file

So I was able to fix the issue by actually restarting my windows system from scratch. Redownloaded everything and it all works fine. Must have been a bios issue.

I run malware bytes and comodo. I've disabled both and turned off my firewall to attempt to open them as well. So I actually had to reinstall everything fresh. I upgraded memory and all so I lost my old files. Fresh GTA install, then did the auto install for .4. Which didnt work. So I did a new install of gta and the manual install of .4. Both with the same outcome

I just got my computer done today. Rebuilt it to a RTX 2070, Ryzen 7 processor, New Asus Gaming motherboard, 650w power supply, etc. Now, I'm pumped bc I get to download 0.4 right? well I do both manual install and auto install with the same outcome. The .exe file for configurator will not open and run, neither will RageHookPlugin either. I am absolutely lost, not sure what is going on. GTA V will open and run just fine, but 0.4 LSPDFR not working what so ever, cant even finish install. Been at this for 4 hours. Can anybody help?

All the vehicles are slick tops, chargers, Durango and expeditions.

Hey all, I can admit I am a complete moron when it comes to modding, let alone creating skins. Would anybody who loves to create skins be able to create a Leland Police nc pack? I would be so grateful! I would love to create a LSPDFR of Brunswick County bc law enforcement agencies including Brunswick county SO, Leland Police, NCSHP and maybe a shallote... but certainly would like leland and BCSO. If anybody can help I will invite you for an actual ride along with me haha (no really I'm a cop)

Hey ya'll, I am getting a new gaming desktop here tomorrow. I have been a member since 2013 but was not able to get LSPDFR on my last CPU (MAC). Finally i gave in and have to play. I'm buying a gaming desktop from a friend of mine. These are the specs. Do you think it will run the game well or do i need to upgrade anything? So i tried to run LCPDFR on my laptop and the graphics disappeared... soooooo looking to get a used desktop cpu.. I'm not much for computer smarts and programming soooo.. question Would this compaq pasario support and run everything correctly? Well gonna give it a shot now.. i got GTA downloading right as we speak i have a pavilion m6 with intel core i5 processor.. so we will see how it works out. Now starting from square one how do i put lcpdfr on my game haha

From reading online you can put police pursuit mods on PS3.. i only have a pavillion laptop and not sure if it will support gta iv anyways.. trying to do this ps3 wise.. i understand i wont be able to put lcpdfr on it..

hey guys i know i'm a little behind the power curve on this.. i'm a police officer in NC and was on youtube the other day saw all this cool mod stuff.. well for the past 3 days i've been trying to figure out how to do this... so far...i cant figure out how to get gtaIV file on pc from ps3.. cant figure out how to run spark.. cant figure anything out at all.. i would honestly pay someone to come do it but thats a little hard haha. any help from you guys on how to do this beginning all the way from step number one please! thank you so much!!!
