Added mirror intersectors, spotlights(weird position, kinda through window), added the skin. I have a setina bodyguard with 2 guns that spawns as extra_10 in case you want to use it for Swat, detective, etc.

Retextured evancornelius's detective peds(different shirt and pants colors, iphone instead of flip phone, gold badge, black leather) and the female deputies

Bike, or Hot Weather Uniforms. Set 3 will be the other GTA 5 Peds, Set 4 is female deputies, and Set 5 are some retextured detective peds. 6 might be some Green Sheriff Swat unis, or something else. I'll probably release this Ped Pack separately from the car pack.

After seeing that SkylineGTRFreak released his Altima model unlocked today, I had to jump on the opportunity to try my hand at making an accurate, ELSv8 compatible version of one of my hometown's RMP's. Light patterns are as realistic as can be with ELSv8. Has working multi-stage lighting, accurate to NYPD standards, with more features planned.
