I also have this same issue. The mouse works fine on the computers in the internet cafes and whatnot but the mouse does not work at all in the LCPDFR computer. I have done a complete reinstallation of LCPDFR and that has not fixed the issue. The only input the LCPDFR computer seems to read is the enter key. I can't escape out of it or anything. I'm then forced to restart my game. This issue occurs on both a stock GTA IV game and a stock EFLC game.
Here is my lcpdfr.log for my EFLC game

There are many other threads with people who had the issue before but the threads were all deleted and/or locked so I have never found an resolution for this issue.

NeoJD reacted to Cj24 in a completely new police computer problemThere is another way to get Antialising without Downsampling, it's called FXAA, it also takes not that much recources and the quality is bit worse but it works perfectly with LCPDFR. It's available here.
To install it, open the d3d9 folder, rename the d3d9.dll into d3d9_fxaa.dll and copy it with the other files into the main GTAIV folder. Then open the enbseries.ini file and change the values in [PROXY] to:
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary=d3d9_fxaa.dll
And don't forget to disable Downsampling ^^

NeoJD reacted to Molten in a completely new police computer problemYeah I get same problem with ENB when using the "force AA" / "force resolution" sertting as you say it resizes the window.
The red markers are the other thing affected but that isn't game breaking.
I can't even use the police computer at all, and could never find a workaround. I also can't use Sniper's dashcam as it only shows a fragment of the interface.
Like I said I was never able to find a workaround and only use that ENB version for general play. For LCPDFR I had to revert to using non forced version. As it's not really a fault with LCPDFR or Dashcam. They were never designed to work like this.
If you do find a workaround or anyone knows of one of course I would be interested too.

NeoJD reacted to MarkC9 in a completely new police computer problemHey guys,
I'm using an ENB that supersamples up to 3200x2400 or so. The result is that while most of the game samples back down to the normal resolution, the police computer does not. I am stuck with only 1/4 of the active part of the screen showing. I can actually move the active window and still navigate the computer, but I am unable to click the "logout" button on the bottom right and hitting E doesn't work. Thus I cannot leave the computer.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
