I know you need the patch 1.0.7.0 for GTA IV to run LCPDFR. Whenever I install it, my game does not start up for some reason, it loads or whatever but it doesn't load. And when I try to install LCPDFR without installing the patch my game crashes while loading. What is the problem? I know my computer doesn't reach the requirments I think I don't have the right CPU and the one I have I don't think I can change it. I'm getting a new computer soon but I just want to know what is causing this?

I wouldn't suggest starting up your own server if you don't know how to script. Unless you can find a amazing scripter. And it's easy to update a server. Just put the samp-server.exe, samp-npc.exe, and announce.exe and put the updated from the 0.3e into your server files.

Does anyone know of a cheap computer that can run the game ok? Not looking for anything fancy just something that can run it.
