In my experience (3 months of having GTA IV for PC), LCPDFR has by far the easiest, most convenient layout for their downloads page. It's the most organized. I hate trying to find mods on other sites, on here it is seamless. And like someone else just stated, they have many filters to make searches easier.

Thanks, got it to work for me. Yeah, currently the two controls I have set are LB = E and Dpad_Left = J, for the primary lights of ELS. Those are the main keys I find I have to use the keyboard for, besides shift.

Ok, thank you very much. I did all of that now, and I just tried toggling the lights. '/' doesn't work for me for some reason. If it's just the backward slash button, it's not working for me. Edit - I don't have a numberpad with what I'm using, so is there any way I can change the key from numberpad divide to something else to toggle the lights?

How can I do it without the sirens? '/' doesn't work for me. Do I need uninstall ELS? I would like to have some els models with non-els models if that's possible.

It seems like my taillights are a different shade red and blue compared to my headlights and my lightbar on my windshield on my tahoe. What can I do to fix this?

I just started using timecycle 3 and i updated my visual settings file after so I can change the emissions light line to 80 from the original 9. I'm pretty sure that line just changes how bright they were. Should it not be that high? My lights seem to change from blue to like really light blue and from a red to almost a pink color when the weather changes. What am I doing wrong?

I use an xbox 360 controller to play. Any way I can disable the keyboard controls?
