Is there a way to get deceased pedestrians to somehow get into a car? I mean, if you're bored, you can play as a medical examiner or a paramedic and somehow get the dead person inside your ambulance or METT car. Is this possible?

I've been experiencing this weird problem, I cannot get into a taxi as a passenger, I always manage to steal the car instead. I hold the 'F' button that you should do, but Niko just really want to carjack the cab instead. Help?

Hey, I'm looking for that unmarked Tahoe/Suburban (Not ELS enabled.) that you showed in your COPS video. But I can't seem to find it, I only find with ELS. Another question: I see people writing on their mods: "ELS" or "ELS-H". What is the difference between them?

Is there a key guide out there for LCPDFR 0.91? Reason I'm using 0.91 is that I wanted to try something new.

I meant if you just check the vehicles coming out from the airport for example, just for checking for drugs, weapons or anything that could be a danger of national security. We all know that Liberty City are very afraid of terrorists.

911 got a call about an assault in an apartment. Medic 102 responds, but both victims were deceased upon arrival. Sorry for the poor quality..

Just a video I made for fun. I added some clips from LCPD:FR, edited them, and put them all together with some music in Cyberlink Powerdirector 10.

You have write-protection enabled in your GTA IV folder. Right click on the gta iv folder and deselect the write protect option. Now you should be able to install.
