This is a mini pack. Based on Vermont State Police 25 Tahoe - RAZ3Rs 21-24 Tahoe - K9 Skin included I might expand on this pack to include more vehicles like the charger and fpiu -
Yeah replace the livery texture in the .ytd files. Make sure and back up your files first. youtube has some great step by step videos on how to do it.

State Police skin pack. Each vehicle includes a blue, black, and grey variant. The 21-24 Tahoe includes K9 skins in each color variant. Vehicles- 25 Tahoe 21-24 Tahoe 18-23 Charger 21-25 Durango 20-25 FPIU These fit the majority of models. I believe they are either Georgie's or RAZ3Rs.

7 skins for 21 tahoe - fits most 21 tahoes. The one pictured is OfficerArk 4 skins for the 18-23 Charger - fits most 18 chargers, The ones pictured are from OfficerArk and Ripple 5 skins for 21 and 23 F150 - The ones pictures are OfficerArk I may expand this pack with more vehicles. -
