let's get straight to the point. This plugin adds a pack of 3 (possibly more in the future) tools for stopping vehicles. You press the hotkey, you crash into a car, the suspect's engine dies, and the car stops. Simple. Starting from v1.0.2, it calculates vehicle weight and speed (meaning theres almost no pure random left). There's a chance your police car will stall after you use the Kill Engine device. This happens if you decide to slam into a vehicle that's at least 70% heavier than your cruiser. So yeah, don't try to use it on a massive truck unless you want your own engine to die from the impact. Well, you just press a button and—just like in the "Pack Man" mission (remember that 12-kilometer truck drive?)—road spikes appear behind your car. If the suspect runs over them, their driving will deteriorate significantly. Nothing more to say here. You press the button, and then you need to maintain a distance for 15 seconds. During this time, the suspect's car gets a "light show" (with headlights flashing like a cheap strobe light) and basically loses its mind (well, it's supposed to). After 15 seconds, the car stops completely. P.S. READ THE README VSTT.TXT! THERE'S THE INSTALLATION, THE REQUIREMENTS, AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED! 1.0.2 changelog: - Kill Engine: Reworked collision detection to account for impacts across different parts of a vehicle, vehicle weight, speed, and damage taken. - The minimum impact speed now depends on vehicle weight. Higher speeds also increase the chance of a successful effect. - Added a chance to stall the police vehicle’s engine when it collides with a significantly heavier vehicle. - When the police vehicle stalls, it is forced to stop for a few seconds. - EMP: Vehicle headlights and their individual parts now flash asynchronously at different rates. - Changed the Kill Engine, spike strip, and EMP keybinds to NumPad1, NumPad2, and NumPad3. - Added INI settings for cooldowns, ranges, and other options. - also some bug fixes
