After i get my Riverside County pack to where i believe its actually release worthy then i will release. iv been working on this pack for a very long time. not days, not weeks but months guys. i have had to develop my skills to be able to produce these types of skins. i changed the rim textures here to give it that authentic style since most of Perris has alot of CVPI that should have already been retired if you know what i mean. -

iv been playing around with textures a lot lately not just skins. i'm no Modeler so window bars and guards i make my self with the window templates. i added scratches and hand prints for fun and redid the cvpi steel rim texture as well. Opinions, Comments? -
