    Welcome to Legacy Pursuits Callouts, an adrenaline-fueled callout pack that brings the most dangerous and legendary criminals back to the streets of Los Santos.
    Step into your cruiser and engage in heavily armed pursuits against GTA's most iconic protagonists: Michael, Franklin, Trevor, the legendary Niko Bellic, The Lost MC veteran Johnny Klebitz and newly added in version 1.3, Carl Johnson (CJ).

    1. High-Value Duo Pursuit (Franklin & Lamar / CJ) 🏎️🔥
    The Scenario: A top-tier, high-value supercar has just been boosted! You are going head-to-head with Franklin Clinton, accompanied dynamically by either his best friend Lamar Davis or the legendary Carl "CJ" Johnson.
    The Chase: Fast, technical, and highly unpredictable. Franklin is behind the wheel pushing the hypercar to its absolute mechanical limit. Every time you play, his partner alternates, keeping the pursuit fresh and unpredictable.
    The Threat: As soon as you close the distance, the passenger will unleash relentless drive-by fire with a MicroSMG. If their vehicle is disabled or blocked, the duo will intelligently bail out and engage you on foot with military-grade Assault Rifles and Mk2 Carbines.
    2. The De Santa Chase (Michael & Jimmy) 🎯
    The Scenario: Wanted criminal Michael De Santa has been spotted fleeing in his iconic black Obey Tailgater, with his son Jimmy panicking behind the wheel.
    The Chase: A highly unpredictable pursuit. Jimmy is inexperienced and erratic, making the vehicle's movements dangerous and chaotic across the city limits.
    The Threat: Because Jimmy is driving, Michael's hands are free. As a seasoned and lethal marksman in the passenger seat, Michael will provide relentless, highly accurate cover fire. Do not underestimate this father-son duo in a standoff.
    3. The Philips Rampage (Trevor, Ron & Wade) 💥🛻
    The Scenario: A heavily armed Canis Bodhi has been spotted leaving a trail of destruction, driven by the psychopathic Trevor Philips himself, accompanied by Ron and Wade.
    The Chase: Pure chaos. Trevor has zero regard for human life and will aggressively ram your cruiser off the road.
    The Threat: Do not be fooled by his passengers—Trevor is the absolute deadliest threat in this crew. He possesses massive health and wields high-tier weaponry. When he steps out of that truck, you are no longer the hunter; you are the prey.
    4. The All-Stars Pursuit (Franklin, Michael, Trevor & Niko/CJ) 💀🚨
    The Scenario: The ultimate nightmare for the LSPD. An elite heist crew featuring Franklin, Michael, Trevor, and the legendary Niko Bellic or CJ has been spotted in a single, heavily armored getaway vehicle.
    The Chase: Fast, heavy, and extremely dangerous. The driver will attempt to lose you at all costs, while the passengers coordinate relentless drive-by fire to destroy you.
    The Threat (Endgame Difficulty): These legendary protagonists spawn with massively increased health and maximum body armor. When the vehicle is disabled, you will face a coordinated firing squad. Do not attempt this alone.

    5. The Lost Legacy Pursuit (Johnny Klebitz, Terry & Clay) 🏍️🔥
    The Scenario: The ultimate biker threat returns to Los Santos. A heavily armed Lost MC convoy led by the legendary Johnny Klebitz, flanked by his loyal enforcers Terry and Clay, has been spotted moving through the city.
    The Chase: Chaotic, tactical, and highly unpredictable. The moment they hear your sirens, the convoy will break formation and flee, initiating a multi-vehicle pursuit. Expect relentless drive-by fire from the bikes and the van. Requesting an Air Unit IMMEDIATELY is critical to avoid losing the targets in the chaos.
    The Threat (High-Risk Takedown): These hardened outlaws are packing maximum body armor, increased health, and military-grade firepower (Gusenbergs and Assault Rifles). If their vehicles are disabled, the crew will abandon their rides and engage you in a brutal firefight on foot. Call for NOOSE backup before engaging.

    6. Strip Club Showdown👯‍♂️💥
    The Scenario: A massive, heavily armed syndicate has been cornered at the Vanilla Unicorn. The crew features an unprecedented lineup: Franklin, Michael, Trevor, Niko, CJ, Lamar, Ron, and Wade. Approach with extreme caution!
    The Chase: Expect a fierce, immediate firefight on foot the second you arrive. If you kill four of them or time runs out, the crew will break out and initiate a chaotic, massive multi-vehicle pursuit, splitting into four separate heavily-armored getaway cars. if you don't like how suspects escape go in the ini file and change Move Stuck Suspects Toggle (INI): Set to false by default. If set to true, it prevents suspects from getting stuck on props and failing to enter the getaway vehicles by warping them in. Setting it to false lets the raw GTA criminal AI handle the pathfinding and boarding entirely on its own.

    The Threat (Extreme Risk): Eight legendary suspects with massively increased health, body armor, and heavy weaponry (Combat MGs, Pump Shotguns, and Assault Rifles). You will face a coordinated firing squad both on foot and during intense drive-bys. Requesting NOOSE and Air Support is absolutely mandatory.
    7. Open-Wheel Pursuit (Franklin Formula) 🏎️🏁
    The Scenario: Code 3! Franklin Clinton has managed to hijack an incredibly fast, ultra-light Open-Wheel/Formula vehicle and is tearing through the streets of Los Santos.
    The Chase: Pure velocity. You will need to test your driving skills to the absolute limit. The Formula car possesses unparalleled acceleration, braking, and cornering, making this the fastest and most demanding driving pursuit you will ever face.
    The Threat (Maximum Speed): Catching him is nearly impossible without a high-performance interceptor unit or a flawless PIT maneuver. If you manage to force him to a halt, do not drop your guard—Franklin will immediately step out fully armed and ready to fight.

    8. Grove Street Reunion (CJ Pursuit) 🟢🔫
    The Scenario: A suspicious green getaway vehicle has been spotted fleeing the scene. Carl Johnson "CJ" has officially teamed up with Franklin Clinton and Lamar Davis for a high-stakes joyride.
    The Chase: High-speed, aggressive, and full of attitude. This trio knows the streets, alleys, and gang territories of Los Santos like the back of their hands. Expect them to use tight corners and unpredictable maneuvers to shake the LSPD.
    The Threat (Gang Warfare): If forced to stop or if their green ride is disabled, the trio will immediately bail out and unleash heavy automatic fire. With CJ leading the charge alongside Franklin and Lamar, expect a fierce and deadly shootout with Mk2 weapons and Assault Rifles.

    9. The Chaos Pursuit 🌪️🚔
    The Scenario: The absolute pinnacle of criminal activity has hit Los Santos. For the first time ever, Michael, Franklin, Trevor, Niko Bellic, and CJ have teamed up in a single, unstoppable force.
    The Chase: Absolute mayhem. Five heavily armed legends packed into a single getaway vehicle. With a master driver behind the wheel and four shooters hanging out the windows, the combined relentless drive-by fire makes this the most dangerous pursuit on the streets.
    The Threat (Apocalyptic Risk): Unprecedented firepower. With five shooters coordinating their attacks, maximum body armor, and increased health pools, a standard traffic stop is suicide. You will need every available NOOSE unit and Air Support to even stand a chance.

    These are NOT your average street thugs. Request Local or NOOSE backup IMMEDIATELY upon accepting the callout, and use extreme caution during PIT maneuvers.


    ⚠️ Finding the callouts too difficult? Read here! ⚠️
    I designed these callouts to be endgame, high-risk scenarios. Facing legendary protagonists like Trevor, Niko, or CJ is supposed to be incredibly tough!
    However, if you feel like the shootouts are a bit too extreme or the suspects are just too heavily armored, don't worry! You can easily balance the experience. Just open the LegacyPursuitsCallouts.ini file and change the Medium Difficulty Toggle to true.

    ⚙️ KEY FEATURES (NEW IN v1.3):
    CJ Installation Video Tutorial for legacy & enhanced edition: I've included a quick video tutorial showing exactly how to install CJ's model properly, without following the complicated guide on the original mod page that requires a lot of extra mods.
    Dynamic Custom Audio: Immersive dispatch scanner audio for every callout. For the All Stars Pursuit, the audio is now dynamic: if the script randomly selects CJ to spawn, it triggers one of 3 new dedicated dispatch tracks just for him!
    Medium Difficulty Toggle (INI): Set to false by default. If enabled, it doesn't just scale down the suspects' massive health and armor—it dynamically rewrites their combat AI! It lowers their accuracy, changes their firing pattern from full-auto to burst, and makes them less hyper-aggressive for a more standard, balanced firefight.
    Move Stuck Suspects Toggle (INI)(for the stripclub showdown): Set to false by default. If set to true, it prevents suspects from getting stuck on props and failing to enter the getaway vehicles by warping them in. Setting it to false lets the raw GTA criminal AI handle the pathfinding and boarding entirely on its own.

    📡 [NEW] Advanced Radar
    This mod features a custom-built, highly optimized spatial radar.
    If suspects manage to get more than 250 meters away from you (and any AI backup) for over 20 seconds, they will successfully escape, and the script safely deletes them from the world. (Tip: If you have difficulty pursuing the suspects, call for air support as quickly as possible!)
    LSPDFR Impact: Because the script removes the peds manually, LSPDFR will NOT flag them as "Outstanding". This keeps your database clean and completely prevents the annoying LSPDFR suspect encounters.
    The Benefit: You can safely keep Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = false in your main "lspdfr.ini" without ever worrying about these specific high-profile criminals randomly spawning while patrolling. They will only spawn when you explicitly accept their dedicated callout via the police radio.
    Customizable via .ini: You have full control. You can keep the custom radar enabled or disable it and use the original.

    🛠️ How to Install
    Download and install all the requirements (Links in the Requirements section)(Watch the video tutorial made by BlueLine Vibes to install Niko)(Watch the video tutorial below to install Cj)
    Extract the downloaded "Legacy Pursuits Callouts v1.3" .zip file.
    Navigate to your main Grand Theft Auto V directory (the folder containing GTA5.exe).
    Drag and drop the "plugins" and "LSPDFR" folders from the extracted file directly into your main GTA V directory. (If Windows asks to overwrite or merge folders, click "Yes").

    Launch the game via RagePluginHook.

    The new era of LSPDFR is here.
    After two years of development, it's here. Policing Redefined is a LSPDFR plugin similar to popular plugins such as Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup by Bejoijo, LSPDFR+, or Arrest-Manager by Albo1125. It aims to provide an even more feature-rich and immersive experience to your LSPDFR Patrol, advancing ped and traffic stops as well as adding additional vehicle stops and on-foot traffic stops.
    And that is just a small portion of what PR (Policing Redefined) has to offer!
     
    Installation:
    Extract the contents of the downloaded Policing Redefined v[VERSION].zip archive. Drag-and-drop the contents of the "GTAV MAIN DIRECTORY" folder into your GTA 5 root directory. Read the "Get Started" guide on our site  
    After installing your Settings/ folder will be empty, which is normal!
    Go on duty at least once: PR will generate them then.

    Features:
    Policing Redefined has a ton of features which all cannot be listed here. However here is a rundown of the biggest:
    Ped Interaction: Custom questioning menu, field sobriety tests, Front/Back cuffing, citations, and more. Inventory Management: Store and bag evidence, test substances, replenish ammo, and more. Backup: Call police, fire, and EMS with a full RTS style management menu to assign tasks to each unit.

    First, this will be completely incompatible with Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup, and Compulite, it is recommended you remove them for the smoothest experience.
     
    Second!
    This is a BETA. This means that you may encounter bugs, crashes, weird behaviors, etc.
    The mod itself works as intended. Any major breakages (e.g. the mod crashing on load), are likely due to user error.
    PR has been rigorously tested for the past year by various testers and content creators, with no major issues that have yet to be patched.

    MDT Pro is a police computer (MDT) plugin for LSPDFR that runs a local web server when you go on duty. Open the MDT in any browser—on your PC or over your network—and use it like a real mobile data terminal alongside the game. This release is in beta. MDT Pro started from the source code of ExternalPoliceComputer by jullevistrunz; that mod was the foundation this one was built on.

    Requirements
    • LSPDFR
    • CommonDataFramework (CDF) — required; plugin will not load without it
    • CalloutInterfaceAPI — required (DLL in game root or plugins/LSPDFR/)
    • CalloutInterface — required for the Active Call page (live callout details)
    • Policing Redefined (PR) OR STP & UltimateBackup


    Installation

    Extract the mod and its files into your GTA V folder (same level as GTA5.exe). | Alternatively use the OpenIV install package.
    Go on duty with LSPDFR; MDT Pro will show on-screen addresses (e.g. http://127.0.0.1:9000).
    Open that URL in a browser (Chrome/Brave recommended). Or SteamOverlay works well when setting your URL as your homepage

    Control Panel & Officer Info
    Enter and save your officer details (name, badge, rank, call sign, department). Use “Fill from Game” when supported. Start and end shifts; view career statistics. All reports can auto-fill officer and location from your profile and current position.

    Reports (Incident, Citation, Arrest, Injury, Traffic Incident, Impound, Property and Evidence Receipt (seizure reports) for drugs and firearms, Impound reports)
    Create incident reports (general reporting), citation reports, arrest reports, injury reports, traffic incident reports, and impound reports. Each report has auto-generated IDs, status filters (active/completed/canceled), and notes. Reports created during an active shift are tied to that shift and appear in Shift History. Injury reports record injured party, type, severity, treatment, and context; they can be created from Reports or from Person Search with the name pre-filled. Traffic incident reports cover collisions and multi-vehicle incidents (drivers, passengers, pedestrians, vehicles, injury details, collision type). Impound reports record plate, model, owner, VIN, reason, tow company, and impound lot, and can be created from Reports or from Vehicle Search with the vehicle pre-filled. Charges you add are stored and, when an offender is set, added to that person’s record for future lookups. Citations in-game: with Policing Redefined, you can issue from the PR ped menu when you close the citation in the MDT. With StopThePed and without Policing Redefined, use the MDT’s StopThePed citation handoff (in-game key; default F10, set in MDTPro.ini). Do not mix Policing Redefined and StopThePed for this.

    BOLO
    Add and remove BOLOs from the BOLO Noticeboard without needing the vehicle in front of you: enter plate, optional model, reason, and duration. Only active (non-expired) BOLOs are shown. When a vehicle with a BOLO’d plate is seen or stopped, the BOLO syncs to Common Data Framework. Vehicle Search and ALPR show BOLOs for in-world and noticeboard-only plates; ALPR flags a hit as “BOLO” and can alert.

    Person Lookup (Ped Search)
    Search by name to view a person’s info (from MDT Pro and CDF). History shows citations and arrests; click an entry to start a new report for that ped with fields pre-filled. Callout suspect names mentioned in Active Call messages (e.g. “associated with …”) can be added as stub records so you can look them up—configurable in settings.

    Vehicle Lookup
    Search by license plate or VIN. View vehicle details and click the owner to open Person Lookup for the registered owner.

    Ped & Vehicle Persistence
    People and vehicles you’ve stopped or run are stored in the MDT database. When you stop someone again, there’s a configurable chance they’re recognized as the same person (matched by character model)—their name, citation and arrest history, times stopped, and wanted/probation/parole status carry over and sync to CDF. Same idea for vehicles: a car you stop later can be matched by model and owner to a vehicle you’ve seen before, so the same plate and history show up.

    Shift History
    View past shifts and every report linked to each shift (reports created while that shift was active).

    Court
    Manage court cases from arrest reports. Filter and sort by status, case number, ped name, or report ID. Attach Incident, Injury, Citation, Traffic Incident, or Impound reports to an arrest or case as evidence; report relevance and evidence amounts are configurable in Config → Court. Document evidence seized on arrest (drugs found, firearms found) so the case reflects what was actually seized. New arrests start as Pending; save and attach reports, then Close arrest (submit for court) to create the case; you can attach or detach reports until the hearing. Verdict and sentencing reflect all evidence (weapon, warrant, fleeing, resistance, assault, intoxication, drugs, etc.). Sentencing Rationale explains aggravating and mitigating factors, recidivism, and district policy; resolved cases show per-charge outcome (Convicted, Acquitted, Dismissed) and total fine and jail time for convicted charges. Document Use of Force on the arrest (type, justification, injury, witnesses) for a court evidence bonus. For homicide or manslaughter, attach an Injury report with Fatal severity or DOA/pronounced deceased so the case is treated as having documented death. Charges and sentencing are based on California law; license revocations apply correctly from convictions.

    Map (GPS)
    Live map with your current position (updated via WebSocket). Route from your position to a point with turn-by-turn directions using in-game road data.

    Active Call
    Shows the current callout when CalloutInterface is installed: location (postal, street, area, county), priority, message, advisory, unit/callsign, and timestamps. When your callout system supports it, set a GPS waypoint and use Accept or En Route; the page shows status (Pending, Accepted, En Route, Finished), a short timeline, and expandable cards. Without CalloutInterface, the page opens but receives no callout data.

    Backup & Quick Actions
    Request backup (patrol, traffic stop, transport, tow, etc.) from the MDT. Backup is sent through Policing Redefined or Ultimate Backup according to Mod integration (and Auto uses Policing Redefined when it is loaded, otherwise Ultimate Backup when available). The Quick Actions bar (bottom-right) offers one-tap Panic, Backup, and Clear ALPR; backup can be sent Code 1, 2, or 3.

    ALPR (optional plugin - enable in game)
    In-game automatic license plate recognition. Enable in Customization or via the in-game Settings menu (default F7). When on duty in a police vehicle, nearby vehicles are scanned; flagged plates (stolen, expired reg/insurance, owner wanted) can show an HUD panel and optional sound. Flags come from CDF and the MDT database. The ALPR plugin can show hit popups inside the MDT in your browser.

    Plugins
    Drop plugin folders into MDTPro/plugins and enable them on the Customization page. Plugins can add pages, scripts, and styles; see the README for the plugin API and folder structure.


    Updating
    Overwrite the existing plugin files and MDTPro folder contents. Your MDTPro/data/ and config.json are preserved. Adjust new defaults (e.g. WebSocket update rate) in Settings → Customization → Config or by editing config.json if you want different behavior.

    Known bugs
    After generating a citation in the MDT, the PolicingRedefined menu loses a lot of options such as Dismiss etc.
    - Workaround: Press your vanilla LSPDFR traffic stop keybind (e.g. "E") and dismiss the PED.

    If you are installing LSPDFR 0.4 for the first time, we strongly recommend that you do so on a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced without any other mods or plugins.
     
    Welcome to the public preview of LSPDFR for GTA 5 Enhanced. We are very exciting to finally make this available to a wider audience! Please note that this is a preview version and as such not all features and functionality from the Legacy version are available. We will be continuously updating this version to achieve feature parity.

    If you are wondering whether your favorite callouts and plugins work, the answer is most likely yes. There will be a few exceptions to mods that directly interface with the game's memory, but the vast majority should work just fine.

    If you are playing GTA 5 Enhanced on an NVME, you may get a warning from RAGE Plugin Hook that DirectStorage is enabled. Please install the following fix (link also provided by RPH): https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/directstoragefix Please note that you need to use the xinput1_4.dll from SHV and replace the one included by default with RPH in this case.


    LSPDFR 0.4 brings sweeping changes which have been implemented over a number of years and is the latest major version of LSPDFR, released in December 2018.  LSPDFR turns the world of GTA V upside down, giving you the power to enforce the law as you see fit.

    Realistic Holster is an immersive LSPDFR plugin designed to enhance your patrol experience by adding realistic weapon holstering mechanics. Feel like a true police officer as your firearm and taser behavior matches real-life expectations.

    Features:

    Automatic holster switching:
    When your gun or taser is drawn, your holster switches to an empty version.
    When the weapon is returned to the holster, it switches back to a holster with the firearm.
    An animation when equipping a firearm.

    Full integration with EUP Law & Order.

    Customization: Being able to create your own presets

    AI Holsters:
    Nearby AI officers spawned by Ultimate Backup or Policing Redefined will have their holster components swap automatically when they draw or reholster.
    Optional holster sounds play when nearby AI officers draw or reholster within a configurable radius.

    Blacklisted Weapons:
    Stop specific weapons from triggering any holster swaps, animations or sounds.
    Useful for prop weapons or lidar guns that share a pistol hash.

    Save your full holster setup to a shareable PresetCode.txt file.
    Import a preset code from another player to instantly apply their full holster setup.

    Installation

    Place in: Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins/LSPDFR (Important: Do not place it anywhere else, or it will not work.)
    Optional configuration:
    Edit the .ini file only if you want to change the menu key.

    Custom Holsters:

    All standard EUP tasers and holsters are included (cop holster, leg holster, green taser, etc.).
    For custom holsters, you need EUP models with two versions: one with the weapon/taser and one without.
    If you don't use custom holsters, no additional setup is required.

    Animations:

    Intimidation animation is K (Can be changed within the menu)
    The animation will not play if a weapon is equipped
    The animation will stop if a weapon is pulled
    Draw animation plays when equipping a firearm.
    Works while the player is running
    Can be toggled in the Settings menu

    Addon/Custom Weapons:

    The plugin automatically detects the weapon hash, you just need to set it in the menu.

    Future Plugins (Angel Callouts):

    I am working on a new callout pack called "Angel Callouts". These callouts will have:

    Hopefully 20 callouts
    AI Text to speech voices for suspects/callers
    All calls have different outcomes (peds will say/do different things if you redo the call)
    Multiple locations across the whole map
