    Hello I've been having some issues with my GTAIV from steam. First it won't let me play at all because it says i'm not signed into live. But I'm pretty sure I am when I check. It won't let me sign in on the main screen. And when I go to play it freezes it seems like. I have no idea what to do here. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated thank you. To ask another silly/stupid question on here. What is the best way to install my scripts? Should I save them to my desktop or put them in a folder that I created?
