This thread is over 4 months old, don't bump threads, LCPDFR support is no longer given until the next release. Try running the game as an admin.

Grow some ball hairs, get a job and buy a computer that runs it.  That's my advice.

 

Don't you need to be at least 16-to buy/own this game?

 ^{I've been having some issues with my GTAIV from steam. First it won't let me play at all because it says i'm not signed into live. But I'm pretty sure I am when I check. It won't let me sign in on the main screen. And when I go to play it freezes it seems like. I have no idea what to do here. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated thank you.}
