    The JSON file is used to configure speed limits . If a road is missing, you can add it, I added East Joshua Road to the Json file and after reloading scripts in-game, it did work. (There is a default for roads not defined in the JSON file too).

    This is a callout pack centered around being a Transport Police officer.

    Files go into the GTA5/plugins/lspdfr folder

    Showcase:
    V1.0 contains one callout and the features below.

    Traffic Stop Transport Required:
    There is an AI officer on scene with an arrested suspect. Suspect needs transferred to a jail.

    Once you arrive on scene, the suspect will automatically get in the back of your car and is ready for transport.
    You can use any jail drop off point compatible with LSPDFR. It will auto-create a path but you can go to any jail drop off.

    Features:
    Uses LSPDFR cars
    Suspect automatically leaves AI cops car and gets into your car


    Future plans:

    Transfer prisoner: Transfer from a jail to another jail due to capacity issues
    Warrant Call: Stay on scene as officers may need an extra police transport during a warrant arrest

    This is the preview (or beta, whatever you wanna call it) version for my police partner mod. The code is on Github and provided in the download.

    How to install: .cs files are for open-source reference. The other files go into GTAV\plugins\lspdfr folder,

    The first version has the police partner able to do three things:

    Drive around and patrol
    Join your traffic stop at the press of "Y" on keyboard
    Automatically join pursuits

    If you spawn more than one partner, only the nearest one will respond for traffic stop backup.


    Currently working on for future release:

    -INI file for more cars and customization
    -Better traffic stop backup, now cop gets out and stands near car, once traffic stop ends it gets back in and drives away.
    -Have the cop be able to stop and patrol at a spot
    Probably not next version but future versions will have the ability for the AI cops to call for backup or traffic stops, pursuits, etc. So instead of you always calling them, they can call you to respond too.

    Welcome to my second callout pack! This is a Highway Patrol Based callout pack. You can obviously be other police when using this, just be aware that the police that spawn in this mod are highway patrol officers. You can change cars in the ini file including add-on. Default is policeb and Police2 so the game will run without you changing the ini file.

    How to install: Place the files that are not located in the open-source folder into the plugins/lspdfr folder. The open-source folder is for open source reference.

    V 1.3
    -INI file updated. Now has the ability to turn callouts on or off. Will still show up in callout manager but callout will not launch if false in ini file.
    -contains two more new callouts: Racers reported and Pedestrian struck by vehicle. Each have at least two scenarios
    -slight adjustment to all callouts ensuring pursuits properly register in LSPDFR if a pursuit scenario is started


    V1.2 contains two new callouts. Suspicious vehicle and a large animal struck by vehicle. Each callout has multiple scenarios.

    V 1.1 contains one new callout, a speed trap callout. The other three callouts remain unchanged.

    How the speed trap works:
    Once callout is accepted, driver needs to be close to AI Cop that is blipped for them to activate radar for the first time. There is also a ten second wait the first time to allow you to get in a good position. Once radar is activated, AI cop will clock drivers and blip any drivers over speed defined in .ini file (70 MPH default). The cop should be able to radar about three lanes. AI cop will only clock traffic in the right of way lanes of traffic. If its on the left side on the highway, it will radar the right lanes and ignore opposite lane traffic. Same goes for if sitting on right side, it will radar the left lanes and ignore the opposite lanes of traffic. You can press Y on the keyboard to deactivate/reactivate the AI cops radar. A max of two blips per 20 seconds can be blipped by the AI cop. Blips automatically disappear after about 20 seconds if player did not pull over a blipped car. Player needs to manually end the callout, this allows callout to last as long as player wants.

    Version 1.0 contains three callouts.

    Highway Patrol requesting Traffic Stop Backup:
    Spawns 1 of 4 scenarios: Tow Truck assistance
    officer requests for you to take over traffic stop
    Pursuit starts when player arrives
    First officer writes ticket and then callout ends

    Serious MVA: 2-4 cars can spawn in a crash. When you arrive, control the scene, Call EMS and/or coroners. Call Tow trucks.
    Note: Not seen in video, added a clipboard for police to write on. Its not perfect but its about as good as its going to get for V1.0


    Third callout is a sports car pursuit on the highway

    All 3 callouts use a location helper I created so they should spawn on highway within 2 miles of player but not too close.
    .ini file allows you to choose which highway patrol cars you would like to spawn with this mod.

    This is a map that was moved and edited to Great Ocean Hwy, Tongva Hills. I made it a Highway Patrol Station, but the texture files are included to change the signs. The original map was created by Planete's GAME and is named "Police Center Harmony" This map was edited and moved by me with the assistance of AI. I do not claim original ownership. I moved and edited props.

    To make the sign outside the building work, you will need to replace the ydr and ytd "apa_mp_h_acc_artwallm_02" files in the location below:

    The apa_mp_h_acc_artwallm_02 files can be customized if you know how to use texture toolkit. You will have to replace the ydr file and ytd files to make/use your own sign.
    I've also included a texture. Its 512x512 (you're welcome)

    MAP EDITOR (Optional)
    If you want to load some business workers and highway patrol AI peds and if you have map editor:
    >Copy the tongvahillspatrolpostpeds.xml file to your GTA directory
    >load map editor, load map, tongvahillspatrolpostpeds.xml
    If you want to change your station to police or sheriff, using map editor to change the peds is easy so hopefully this allows for easy flexibility.

    This is a LSPDFR plugin that acts as a plate reader (and notification) system for the Remembrance system. This ALPR checks against the local database for Registration, Insurance, Stolen/Suspended/Revoked Status, Warrants, and Incarcerated vehicle flags.

    How to install:

    🚁 CoPilote Assistance – SWAT Air Support
    CoPilote Assistance is a plugin that adds a complete SWAT air support system to LSPDFR in Grand Theft Auto V.
    It allows players to call a smart SWAT helicopter unit capable of following the player, responding to scenes, deploying SWAT officers via rappel, and providing tactical aerial support.
    The plugin is controlled through a simple NativeUI menu accessible in-game.

    Call a SWAT helicopter with a full crew.
    Pilot and SWAT officers configured as law enforcement.

    Are you tired of clocking AI drivers at a max speed of 78 MPH? Then this the script for you! This is probably my favorite script I've been working on. This really does add a new layer to speed traps/patrols.

    Files go into the GTA/scripts folder. DO NOT run both the scripts, one is a test script, one is the fully functioning script. The .cs /txt files are for open source reference. I plan to continue to update this. Any community notes/suggestions will be taken into consideration.

    Version 1.6 (Updated 3/2/26):
    -rename to 1803 Speeders, ini file does not need replaced, just renamed if updating.
    -Rewrite from Scripthookdotnet V2 to V3.
    -Added over 100 ped models to now spawn
    -Game chooses name so should be random and not often repeating

    Version 1.5 (Updated 2/4/26):

    Added and removed locations. Maps of locations also added with download.
    Fixed issue with spawning cars driving through scenes. They should now stop if they see cars with EMS lights blocking the road instead of driving through them.




    Version 1.4 (Updated 1/23/25):

    Turned off notifications by default. Notifications can be turned on/off in the ini file now.

    Version 1.3: (Updated 1/19/25)

    Fixed cleanup logic in code, now when drivers exit their car and/or are arrested, they do not delete.
    Cars/drivers only delete if driving and over 1000M away from player.
    Version 1.2: (Updated 1/18/25)

    .INI file added. This file goes into the scripts folder. You can now customize: cars (add-on if you wish), Min and Max spawn distance, and how often cars spawn (currently set to every 10 seconds if distance checks pass). Make sure to update all files (MoreSpeeders) in the scripts folder for this to work. Old versions will not read/use the .ini file.


    -Includes spawn points for all highways. All LS and BL county highways now have spawn points. The only possible dead zone (no speeders) could be near LSIA airport. If you all really want a speeding spawn point near the airport, I can add one in a later release.

    Note: Testing script still included and has not changed. Will still spawn Infernus at the one spawn point shown in the Version 1.1 testing Youtube video link.

    Just a fun note: I clocked a new speeding record during my recent testing. I clocked the (add-on) car "teslax" at 106 MPH.



    What's New in Version 1.1


    NOW INCLUDED: MoreSpeedersSpawnTest FILES. Use these files if you think you are having issues with the script. The test script spawns only at one location and does not have the distance checks on so you can see exactly what/how the script is spawning cars. DO NOT install/run both at the same time. You will get a notification when the Infernus car spawns.

    Script (non-testing version) description is below:
    How to update:
    Replace old files. They have the same name. DO NOT run the test script and the morespeeders scripts together. Run only one at a time.

    Cars now spawn at fixed locations on the highway, (currently in Blaine County only as testing continues)

    Spawn point is less than 600M but greater than 300M away, checks right before spawning so if traveling fast or in pursuit, new point is changed if distance checks fail.

    AI drivers should be able to engage in normal pull over behavior. Does work with Riskier Traffic Stops and vanilla lspdfr pull over.

    Clean-up added to delete vehicles/peds once they are over 1000M away.

    -Notification for each spawned car. Currently using just the Infernus for easy testing and visibility. Will expand this later on.

    Plans Version 1.2:

    -Add more locations like Los Santos County Highways
    -Add more Cars
    -.ini file coming in the future for add-on cars. Working on getting it to work right with game cars first.


    Version 1.0

    This script spawns a car every 10 seconds at approx. 350 meters away from the player.

    Once spawned and snapped to the road, the AI driver is able to drive up to approx 100 MPH if on a straight road with no other cars in the way.

    When testing this mod, I have been able to clock AI drivers around 80-90 MPH on highways, at least one every 30 seconds.

    I have told the script to change driving behavior and let the game control driving behavior f near EMS lights which allows the cars to be slowed down to be pulled over and/or allows for them not to wreck scene management during other callouts or scenes.

    --This will spawn cars everywhere you are near. If you are in the middle of a forest, beach, airport, or military base, you will notice the cars spawning inside those locations.

    --If you are in a pursuit and/or traveling over 100MPH, you will likely see the cars spawn on the map, if you are stationary/driving under 80 mph, you shouldn't see the cars spawn on the map.

    --Sometimes the spawned cars will drive off the road or not drive correctly. Just use a "clean world" mod if you see more than a couple of cars off the road. All/any spawned units can be safely deleted without any issues. I would say over 90% of the spawned cars spawn correctly so you may get a couple every 5 mins that are not driving right.

    Are you tired of clocking AI drivers at a max speed of 78 MPH? Then this the script for you! This is probably my favorite script I've been working on. This really does add a new layer to speed traps/patrols.

    Files go into the GTA/scripts folder. DO NOT run both the scripts, one is a test script, one is the fully functioning script. The .cs /txt files are for open source reference. I plan to continue to update this. Any community notes/suggestions will be taken into consideration.

    -Includes spawn points for all highways. All LS and BL county highways now have spawn points. The only possible dead zone (no speeders) could be near LSIA airport. If you all really want a speeding spawn point near the airport, I can add one in a later release.

    Note: Testing script still included and has not changed. Will still spawn Infernus at the one spawn point shown in the Version 1.1 testing Youtube video link.

    Just a fun note: I clocked a new speeding record during my recent testing. I clocked the (add-on) car "teslax" at 106 MPH.

    NOW INCLUDED: MoreSpeedersSpawnTest FILES. Use these files if you think you are having issues with the script. The test script spawns only at one location and does not have the distance checks on so you can see exactly what/how the script is spawning cars. DO NOT install/run both at the same time.     How to update:
    Replace old files. They have the same name. DO NOT run the test script and the morespeeders scripts together. Run only one at a time.

    Cars now spawn at fixed locations on the highway, (currently in Blaine County only as testing continues)

    Spawn point is less than 600M but greater than 300M away, checks right before spawning so if traveling fast or in pursuit, new point is changed if distance checks fail.

    AI drivers should be able to engage in normal pull over behavior. Does work with Riskier Traffic Stops and vanilla lspdfr pull over.

    Clean-up added to delete vehicles/peds once they are over 1000M away.

    -Notification for each spawned car. Currently using just the Infernus for easy testing and visibility. Will expand this later on.

    Plans Version 1.2:

    -Add more locations like Los Santos County Highways
    -Add more Cars
    -.ini file coming in the future for add-on cars. Working on getting it to work right with game cars first.


    Version 1.0

    This script spawns a car every 10 seconds at approx. 350 meters away from the player.

    Once spawned and snapped to the road, the AI driver is able to drive up to approx 100 MPH if on a straight road with no other cars in the way.

    When testing this mod, I have been able to clock AI drivers around 80-90 MPH on highways, at least one every 30 seconds.

    The first version has the police partner able to do three things:

    Drive around and patrol
    Join your traffic stop at the press of "Y" on keyboard
    Automatically join pursuits

    If you spawn more than one partner, only the nearest one will respond for traffic stop backup.


    Currently working on for future release:

    -INI file for more cars and customization
    -Better traffic stop backup, now cop gets out and stands near car, once traffic stop ends it gets back in and drives away.
    -Have the cop be able to stop and patrol at a spot
    Probably not next version but future versions will have the ability for the AI cops to call for backup or traffic stops, pursuits, etc. So instead of you always calling them, they can call you to respond too.

    This is kind of like my "Ambient AI Police" script except instead of this having police scenarios, these are civilian scenarios. THIS IS NOT A CALLOUT PACK. You are welcome to play LSPDFR and integrate yourself into a scenario if you see one like check peds, call a tow truck, etc. But these will not show up as callouts, these will run with or without LSPDFR (as all scripts do).

    This will be a standalone plate reader that simply just displays up to two nearby plates on the bottom right of the screen as seen in the picture.

    A separate plugin/script will build off of this to work as an ALPR system for the Remembrance system that runs on the local database. That system will send notifications for ALPR hits for vehicle information like stolen/insurance/registration/license issues.

    This was created with AI in under an hour. This was tested for 4-5 hours on LSPDFR patrol with no issues.

    This will be the main engine the Remembrance systems runs on. This GTAV plugin is called Persistent World. This is a GTAV/LSPDFR plugin that uses a local SQL lite database. The database stays the same across game sessions and updates in real time. If you write a ticket, see the ticket forever on the record unless you delete it in the admin tool. This mod also handles vehicle plate and spawning so peds always have the same plate. Vehicles will change across sessions, however, the database updates automatically. More details below. More plugins and scripts will be released in the future and will be tagged something along the lines of “Rememberance:Gang Callouts, Remembrance: Active Speeders, etc.

    This is compatible with any plugin that can read name/vehicle data. This was tested with StopThePed. You can use stoptheped to get i.d.'s and vehicle plates but you would want to use the computer system displayed below, CompuLite or LSPDR computer WILL NOT be compatible, they have no way of reading or knowing about the local database. You can still use those computer systems if you wish but be warned they are not related to the local database described below.


    Version 1.4:

    For new installs:
    Use the new install folder. Place the files in the GTAV folder in the root of your GTAV folder.
    For updating:

    To update:
    Replace the .pdb and .dll files that are in the GTA5\plugins\lspdfr folder.
    Replace the two files config.xml and vehicleattach.xml in the persistentworld folder.

    -Now includes a dispatch lookup, default keys are below and can be changed in the config.xml file located in the plugins/lspdfr/persistentworld folder.
    Controller: Triple tap the D-pad UP button, use dpad to scroll, A to select, B to close menu/cancel

    The incarceration system is now fully functional with drivers and vehicles.


    Before: You would arrest people and they become incarcerated but could spawn again.


    Now: Incarcerated people and plates are changed to a non-incarcerated person and plate so you no longer see incarcerated people spawn in traffic patrol.


    (Will work when future plugins use these new programmed methods to spawn wanted but not incarcerated people)




    Stolen Vehicle Logic
    Stolen vehicles now spawn with different drivers than owners,


    Before: Due to continued testing, all drivers were matched with vehicle owner,


    Now: Stolen vehicle plates stay locked (so stay stolen) but driver name changes and stays locked so driver is not the owner of the stolen vehicle.



    Fleet Vehicles with Company Owners (Test Release)


    A whole new system that has been created to allow vehicle models to belong to companies.


    For example, if you have a car model named “AmazonVan” and wanted it to belong to a company “Amazon”, this is supported.


    You must create the companies in the company tab on the admin tool and then create vehicles on the vehicle tab and link them to companies. 


    NOTE: Whatever you create and link in the company and vehicle sections in the admin tool is what will show up in the database. There is an xml file that is used to tell the game which models belong to which companies. You still must create the companies then create vehicles for each company. The game will change all models to the plates if they exist.
    If you create 10 Amazon cars with plates, the plugin can assign up to 10 plates for the Amazon cars. It will detect and re-use deleted cars plates.


    Scenario l:

    AmazonVan is set to company Amazon Inc.


    Everytime you pullover any AmaazonVan car model, the computer will return “Amazon Inc” as the owner but the driver will be a person.


    Depending on the citation, you could write a ticket to either the person or the company.
    I would probably write expired registration/insurance issues to company and speeding/everything else to person.

    Welcome to my second callout pack! This is a Highway Patrol Based callout pack. You can obviously be other police when using this, just be aware that the police that spawn in this mod are highway patrol officers. You can change cars in the ini file including add-on. Default is policeb and Police2 so the game will run without you changing the ini file.

    How to install: Place the files that are not located in the open-source folder into the plugins/lspdfr folder. The open-source folder is for open source reference.

    Speed trap showcase: (Skip to 3:40 to see multiple cars get clocked and one pulled over if you wish)


    How the speed trap works:
    Once callout is accepted, driver needs to be close to AI Cop that is blipped for them to activate radar for the first time. There is also a ten second wait the first time to allow you to get in a good position. Once radar is activated, AI cop will clock drivers and blip any drivers over speed defined in .ini file (70 MPH default). The cop should be able to radar about three lanes. AI cop will only clock traffic in the right of way lanes of traffic. If its on the left side on the highway, it will radar the right lanes and ignore opposite lane traffic. Same goes for if sitting on right side, it will radar the left lanes and ignore the opposite lanes of traffic. You can press Y on the keyboard to deactivate/reactivate the AI cops radar. A max of two blips per 20 seconds can be blipped by the AI cop. Blips automatically disappear after about 20 seconds if player did not pull over a blipped car. Player needs to manually end the callout, this allows callout to last as long as player wants.

    Note: Not seen in video, added a clipboard for police to write on. Its not perfect but its about as good as its going to get for V1.0


    Third callout is a sports car pursuit on the highway

    All 3 callouts use a location helper I created so they should spawn on highway within 2 miles of player but not too close.
    .ini file allows you to choose which highway patrol cars you would like to spawn with this mod.
