This vehicle pack contains 9 vehicles. 5 patrol, 2 unmarked and 2 K9 vehicles, with the nForce light bars set up to emulate dual/tri color modules and floodlight takedowns.  The patrol vehicles come with two different types of skins. White and black, and blue and copper. If you want a silver base like in my screens you'll have to use the trainer, or the default is white. The vehicle set ups are not based off anything,  just the skins are based of the modern Arizona DPS design.

PLEASE NOTE 
-  The pack is split into two parts due to upload size limits. 
-  If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 will not work in game. You can rename these files, or any of them to whatever slot you want. Just make sure your VCFs and vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

KNOWN ISSUES:
- There will be floating emissives/lights on certain vehicles when opening the trunk or when bumpers fall off. This is because due to the limited extras I can't attach every emissive to their respective parts without drastically changing the lighting setup. Personally I'd rather set up the lighting the way I wanted it and just live with the floating lights on the odd occasion I open my trunk with the lights on or obliterate my front end. Sorry if this bothers you.
 
OTHER INFO/SUPPORT:
ARE YOUR WINDOWS AND LIGHTBAR COMPLETELY BLACK!? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances.  If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. Also please note the patterns are limited on these vehicles to achieve the dual color effect. If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix. Please do not rate the file down for matters of complete opinion. E.g. 'I don't like lighting patterns 3/5'.

This is EUP for the Florida Highway Patrol, i originally made this for personal use but since it has become quiet much and i see a lot of other Florida fanboys/girls i thought i could maybe share it.
I might add some stuff once winter time arrives, i think i can do something more with that.
 
apparently blue with colored patches and black with grey patches is not being used by CVE with blue only appearing due aging, washing and sun exposure but for now i left these in so people can still use these in case they want to.
 
BE AWARE: this does have textures for paid assets and the pictures have paid assets in them
these items mostly include ThinLineSanctuary and Pyro's Dev Shop.
the point blank vest is a Discord Booster release by Pyro's Dev shop but i included textures for his LA vest model pack as well which i used before.
 
you are NOT allowed to share or release the textures as your own work.
You ARE allowed to use the patches, logo's, ranks as you please, these are all from google so i don't mind, i don't own google lol

Welcome to something that has been in the making since I've gotten my hands on ELS, something that has taken more hours then you guys could understand. I've pulled out all the stops for this pack. I've taken all your guys' feedback on my screenshots, and I've done my best to destroy it in the realistic/quality/immersion department. I've done my best to simplify the installation of this file. For those of you who are looking for an add-on version of this pack, you're going to have to wait a little longer, as I've got barely any time to even upload this. So without further adieu, I present to you my pride and joy, the 2017 California Highway Patrol ELS mega pack, or whatever you want to call it. 

I've updated the pack to include updates to the majority of cars, an add-on version of the pack(.oiv format), and the templates that everyone has requested!

ELS USE IN GAME
=================================
When in game, the lights will work as i've designed for them to. When you exit the vehicle, the entire front of the vehicle will steady burn as it will mimic the 
CHP Traffic Stop pattern. I can't stop this from happening. 
 
When you are using any of the vehicles in this pack, and you preform a traffic stop, I HIGHLY recommend hitting alt-j to go to light stage two and hitting L to turn on the 
front of the vehicle. This; A, enhances realism and B, makes the car look really pretty. 
 
There are multiple other features that I will leave for you guys to find out with the CHP settings.

There are some things I have been unable to do with this pack and there are some things i've been able to do.
 
There is no way for me to turn off the park mode steadyburn for when you get out of the vehicle.
 
If you want to "reset" the pattern for the vehicle if some reason it becomes out of sync, simply press alt-J and then j again.

-To install any of these vehicles, Navigate to the latest patch day that you install vehicles to, I've found success with patchday10, and drag all vehicle files into the patch day

PACK NOTES

Before i get started, please, please PLEASE don't ask me where this vehicle is, or why i didn't make this vehicle. There are 14 in this pack, please be happy with what i've 
made so far.
 
- All vehicles do have working takedowns with working spotlights
 
- All vehicles feature the same CHP setup as in real life
 
- All vehicles have accurate interior equipment
 
- All vehicles feature accurate antenna setups 
 
- K9 vehicles have a spawnable dog in the rear of the vehicle, for those of you who do or don't use a k9 mod
 
- If I haven't included a version for add-on vehicles that is in an .oiv format, then i will include one at a later date.
 
- There is approx 14 vehicles in this current phase of the pack, phase 2 will have a few more vehicles, that are the more abstract vehicles in the CHP fleet.
 
- A huge thanks to officer27 for the CHP and SAHP skins.
 
- With the large amount of vehicles in this pack, there are bound to be some issues with vehicles. Please let me know of any bugs you find and i'll do my best to fix them
 
  I'm going to be doing my best to update this pack with as many cars as I can make, and fixing any bugs i come across in the midst of it. Please consider following the file to make sure you receive all updates for the file!

    Thank you so much for downloading and taking the time to read this, now I care a lot about your experience while playing lspdfr developing both worn me out and gave me purpose. I have plenty Ideas plenty projects but I only move to create on motivation and momentum now and the best way to push me forward is by becoming a supporter of the (patreon) page so I can create more than I ever thought I would. 
     In the past I considered this a passion, but now not so much these projects require so much energy, time, attention and creation. Why am I releasing this pack well since October is my favorite month I figured I'd give a gift don't know if you guys will like it. What started off as just 2020 FPIUs tuned into a year long project. This pack has been completely revamped from the ground up. You will need the 32 sirens mod(SSLA) for all the lights to work properly. With that being said there wont be a replace version anymore and some cars were removed. Main focus of this pack was to make FHPs newer Fed Sig fleet. One of the main things that was asked on here and in discord was FHP plates so I have added them onto the cars as well as non lore plates. This pack will work well with any other FHP pack out there non lore or lore.
 
Some of these cars have automatic scene lights when you get out of the car you can disable this feature in the ELS vcf or hitting the L key before getting out of the car. The 18 FPIUs don't have this feature because the lights are on the doors and the lights would be floating when the doors are opened and I hate floating lights, instead the white lights on the valor/visor turn off like IRL 
All of the K9 cars have the rear windows set to extras that won't go back if you fix the car. 
The Chargers have a passenger seat organizer as well that can be toggled with extra_10

Note: You add tint on the chargers thru the trainer

Need an amazing sounding siren for LSPDFR and FiveM ? I got you covered. All the police tones in this pack are custom looped and EQ'd by me to give (to my ears) one of the most realistic sounding GTA siren packs for this model out there. A lot of these sirens lack the low end tone due to being over boosted, I tried to keep all the fidelity and detail in mine to give an ultra realistic sound.

Overview
Sergeant offers functionalities that give the player more 'middle management' command over the world (hence its name).

Features
- Command Vehicles (See video HERE!!!) : Give commands to individual vehicles, including "Stop", "Go and Stop" and "Go and Drive".

- Secure Scene (See video HERE!!!) : Don't you hate being left all by yourself to deal with crime scenes? Not anymore. When you give the order to "Secure Scene," all traffic in the surrounding area will immediately stop. Any cop in the vicinity will either tend to the bodies, guard suspects, or roam the area doing stuff. If there are no cops around, or not enough, you can always call for backup as you normally would, and any cop arriving at the scene will get an assignment (unless there are already enough cops assigned - you won't have 100 cops around just for 1 suspect). Once you have set up your cones and barriers (like with Traffic Policer), you can order all traffic to move again while the "scene" is still in place.

All features are fully configurable from the included INI file.

Known issues
- When corpses are close to vehicles, cops occasionally try to get under the vehicles, causing them to fly in the air.
 
Mod compatibility
- This mod may conflict with certain aspects of other mods. Nothing too serious that I know of (e.g., vehicles actively handled by other mods that are ordered to stop by this mod may not keep driving when ordered to do so later, or cops may refuse to secure a scene if they are doing stuff requested by other mods).

This mod adds a custom camera to the game that is attached to the player's head.

You can use this vests in your fivem server. Maybe you need to change file names.
Model made it by HANAKO. Vest 4, Setup 2
For the vest you have to download this file first. Find the vest and open with OpenIV and replace with my texture.

To install this skin, download the vest pack and select vest No.? and setup ? and place it in Open iv.
Just move my ytd's into open iv and you are done
