⚠️ Technical Warning: Traffic Control & Towing Physics
If you are playing Vehicle in Ditch callouts or any scenario involving a Tow Truck, please read the following:
Avoid using the "Stop Traffic" feature from the Police Redefined menu.
The Issue: When you use the PR menu to stop traffic, it "freezes" the AI vehicles in place. Since the vehicle to be towed is part of the traffic pool, its physics also become frozen.
The Result: The Tow Truck will struggle to interact with a frozen object. This often leads to the cable unhooking, the truck glitching out, or the vehicle refusing to move despite being hooked.
Recommended Solution: Please manage traffic manually using your police cruiser. Using your vehicle to block the road keeps the game’s physics engine active, ensuring the Tow Truck can hook and pull the target vehicle smoothly.

Installation
Open your Grand Theft Auto V folder, then copy the plugins folder and paste it into your game directory.
How It Works
The passenger officer performs ambient interactions such as:
Drinking coffee
Looking at a clipboard
Writing notes in a notepad
These animations add more realism while the officer is inside the vehicle.
Animation Mode
Pressing CTRL + N switches between Calm Mode and Alert Mode.
The Animation Mode system changes the passenger behavior animations.
Calm Mode plays relaxed passenger animations.
Alert Mode plays more alert and ready-for-action passenger animations.
You can change the keybind in the INI configuration file.

Choose Enable/Disable VehicleSeats can use animations

A crash has been reported by some users on GTA V Legacy build 1.0.3788.0, mainly when loading into the world with newer ScriptHookVDotNet nightly builds.
The reports are pointing to the same SHVDN siren detection path:
SHVDN.NativeMemory+Vehicle.HasSiren
Because Real Traffic AI checks nearby vehicles for emergency siren behaviour, this can trigger the unstable SHVDN call path on affected setups.
To keep things stable, the next Real Traffic AI update will disable this siren-checking path instead of relying on constantly changing SHVDN memory updates.
A hotfix will be released this weekend.
This may temporarily reduce emergency vehicle yielding behaviour, but the main Real Traffic AI systems will remain active.
Stability comes first. 🚦
Also please delete RealTrafficAI.dll and RealTrafficAI.ini (do not have both files as this will lead to crashes) new file must say Real Traffic AI.dll and Real Traffic AI.ini

Real Traffic AI V2.0 includes a cleaner configuration layout than older versions.
The INI allows traffic behaviour, performance, and feature settings to be adjusted depending on your setup and preference.
Default settings are designed to provide a stable and balanced experience for most users.
If you are running a heavily modded LSPDFR setup, it is recommended to start with the default settings first before making major changes.

Real Traffic AI V2.0 is designed to work alongside LSPDFR and most common script-based realism setups.
Because GTA V traffic is controlled by many different systems at once, compatibility can vary depending on your full mod list.
For best results:
Avoid using multiple mods that aggressively control the exact same civilian traffic behaviour
Test with default Real Traffic AI settings first
Keep ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet updated
Use stable versions of LSPDFR and related plugins
Check your log file if something behaves unexpectedly

Real Traffic AI improves civilian behaviour, but it does not replace the entire GTA V traffic engine.
Some odd behaviour may still happen due to:
Vanilla GTA V AI limitations
Heavy traffic density
Complex junctions
Other traffic or pursuit mods
Emergency scenes with many vehicles
Script-heavy LSPDFR setups

NUV3X reacted to 1803 Creations for a file, 1803's More Speeders on HighwaysAre you tired of clocking AI drivers at a max speed of 78 MPH? Then this the script for you! This is probably my favorite script I've been working on. This really does add a new layer to speed traps/patrols.
Files go into the GTA/scripts folder. DO NOT run both the scripts, one is a test script, one is the fully functioning script. The .cs /txt files are for open source reference. I plan to continue to update this. Any community notes/suggestions will be taken into consideration.

Fixed issue with spawning cars driving through scenes. They should now stop if they see cars with EMS lights blocking the road instead of driving through them.

Turned off notifications by default. Notifications can be turned on/off in the ini file now.

Fixed cleanup logic in code, now when drivers exit their car and/or are arrested, they do not delete.
Cars/drivers only delete if driving and over 1000M away from player.
Version 1.2: (Updated 1/18/25)
.INI file added. This file goes into the scripts folder. You can now customize: cars (add-on if you wish), Min and Max spawn distance, and how often cars spawn (currently set to every 10 seconds if distance checks pass). Make sure to update all files (MoreSpeeders) in the scripts folder for this to work. Old versions will not read/use the .ini file.
-Includes spawn points for all highways. All LS and BL county highways now have spawn points. The only possible dead zone (no speeders) could be near LSIA airport. If you all really want a speeding spawn point near the airport, I can add one in a later release.
Note: Testing script still included and has not changed. Will still spawn Infernus at the one spawn point shown in the Version 1.1 testing Youtube video link.
Just a fun note: I clocked a new speeding record during my recent testing. I clocked the (add-on) car "teslax" at 106 MPH.
What's New in Version 1.1
NOW INCLUDED: MoreSpeedersSpawnTest FILES. Use these files if you think you are having issues with the script. The test script spawns only at one location and does not have the distance checks on so you can see exactly what/how the script is spawning cars. DO NOT install/run both at the same time. You will get a notification when the Infernus car spawns.

How to update:
Replace old files. They have the same name. DO NOT run the test script and the morespeeders scripts together. Run only one at a time.
Cars now spawn at fixed locations on the highway, (currently in Blaine County only as testing continues)
Spawn point is less than 600M but greater than 300M away, checks right before spawning so if traveling fast or in pursuit, new point is changed if distance checks fail.
AI drivers should be able to engage in normal pull over behavior. Does work with Riskier Traffic Stops and vanilla lspdfr pull over.
Clean-up added to delete vehicles/peds once they are over 1000M away.
-Notification for each spawned car. Currently using just the Infernus for easy testing and visibility. Will expand this later on.

-.ini file coming in the future for add-on cars. Working on getting it to work right with game cars first.
Version 1.0
This script spawns a car every 10 seconds at approx. 350 meters away from the player.
Once spawned and snapped to the road, the AI driver is able to drive up to approx 100 MPH if on a straight road with no other cars in the way.
When testing this mod, I have been able to clock AI drivers around 80-90 MPH on highways, at least one every 30 seconds.
I have told the script to change driving behavior and let the game control driving behavior f near EMS lights which allows the cars to be slowed down to be pulled over and/or allows for them not to wreck scene management during other callouts or scenes.
--This will spawn cars everywhere you are near. If you are in the middle of a forest, beach, airport, or military base, you will notice the cars spawning inside those locations.
--If you are in a pursuit and/or traveling over 100MPH, you will likely see the cars spawn on the map, if you are stationary/driving under 80 mph, you shouldn't see the cars spawn on the map.
--Sometimes the spawned cars will drive off the road or not drive correctly. Just use a "clean world" mod if you see more than a couple of cars off the road. All/any spawned units can be safely deleted without any issues. I would say over 90% of the spawned cars spawn correctly so you may get a couple every 5 mins that are not driving right.

I made 3 badge models.
1 - the model of the badge on the chest;
2 - the model of the badge on the chest with a mourning ribbon;
3 - the model of the badge on the belt.
Each model contains textures for the following ranks: officer, sergeant, lieutenant and captain. For the badge, pens were made in the pocket and seniority on the nameplate.
In our discord server you will be able to find more textures for chest badges, thanks to them you will be able to change the model. For example: remove the handles from the badge, remove seniority, and so on. Also in our discord you can download the model of the CHP badge on the belt, which also contains 4 textures with ranks (the files in our discord are also free).
A little more information about the models: The shape, size and texture are taken from real CHP badges. The mourning ribbon is made by a model, NOT a texture. The model is well optimized. The belt model is suitable for different types of pants.
If you like the work I have done, I will be glad to see your feedback and comments under this modification. You can find more works from me on our QuadLabs discord server. I recommend using my CHP badges with these mics.

How to install:
FiveM
1. Go to the "FiveM" folder
2. Drag the "chpbadges" folder to the resource folder on your FiveM server;
3. Add this line to your server.cfg: start chpbadges
4. It's done!
Singleplayer
1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the 'mods' folder
3. Move the provided "chpbadges" folder inside: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
5. Add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:/chpbadges/
6. It's done!
Look at which gender you are adding badges for! The folder names are different: chpbadges / chpbadges_f.

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

I play as SAHP a lot, and after some time (especially playing with LSPDR Enhanced/Extended), lacking SAHP stations to start the playthrough with feels bitterly unimmersive.
After searching on the internet for stations to download, none of them satisfied me (either too basic/unimmersive or too complex (e.g., poorly mapeditor/menyoo autoloads, FIVEM, extra dlcprops, paywalled)). So I started making my own ones.
After successfully making a Paleto Bay SAHP station (link below) I started looking for a place to make another one south, and after taking a close look at few candidates/empty lots I made my decision.
DE-REVAMPING THE WEAZEL NEWS BUILDING
Upon closer inspection of the files, I found that this building is actually called kt1_12_policedep, meaning that at some point during development, it was indeed a police station before being revamped as the Weazel News building. It still even has a Polmav car generator on the roof (singleplayer disabled) and a striking resemblance to the Vinewood and Mission Row Police Stations.
WHAT'S NEW IN V1.6?:
Improved ambient SAHP officers spawn. They will be Cops instead of Hwaycops with the LAPD livery. Added LAPD and CHP liveries to the station. Inlcuded a NVE compatibility fix inside each file. Improved textures and logos.
HOW TO INSTALL & UPDATE:
Follow the guidelines in the readme, but basic install is:
Drop the lssahp folder into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Add this line in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml

Optionally add working customizable vehicles to spawn in the parking spaces (since SAHP doesn't have og vehicles). Improve textures. Make ped spawn more stable. Make an installer.
KNOWN ISSUES & TROUBLESHOOTING
Stop The Ped Conflict (Jail Drop-Off)
Issue: Stop The Ped overrides LSPDFR’s jail drop-off system, making it non-functional with any new/custom station. Solution: Use ArrestManager and add extra jail drop-off locations. Alternatively, use the nearby stations for processing.
Crash when nearing the station
Cause: Installing a mod that replaces the actual ambientmodelsets.meta, or the existance of a new one that is loaded after the edited one, game tries to call "SAHP" peds but they don't exist (not loaded). Fix: Add the SAHP peds in the last loading ambientmodelsets.meta or use the original files.

I like to play as SAHP more than any other agency, and after a while, the lack of a dedicated SAHP station makes the experience feel quite unimmersive—especially when using LSPDFR Enhanced/Extended.
After searching on the internet for stations to download, none of them satisfied me (either too basic/unimmersive or too complex (e.g., poorly mapeditor/menyoo autoloads, FIVEM, extra dlcprops, paywalled)). So I started making my own ones.
I took the Davis station as a base and remodeled it to better fit the SAHP aesthetic—removing unnecessary assets, resizing elements, adding blue window bars, SAHP logos, flags, some vegetation, and additional props to enhance realism. I usually play around the east side of the map, and after searching for a suitable location, I found an empty lot in Paleto Bay that seemed perfect. This location also provides flexibility in choosing which direction (east or west) to patrol to.
WHAT'S NEW IN V2.7?:
Reworked Parking Lot. Remodeled and fixed glitched polygons, custom HD textures with terrain blending, more decals, one more parking slot. Also improved the backyard/doghouse area. Added a custom edited security hut model (scale, textures, door, collisions) as an access control. Fully enhanced with props. Improved the stations banner, resized and added holes to match the hanging ropes. Beautified a lot of props and areas around the station.

Updated the dropoff location due to conflict with the booth. Now is:

KNOWN ISSUES & TROUBLESHOOTING
Stop The Ped Conflict (Jail Drop-Off)
Issue: Stop The Ped overrides LSPDFR’s jail drop-off system, making it non-functional with any new/custom station. Solution: Use the Arrest Manager plugin to add extra jail drop-off locations. Simply call for transport or use the nearby Sheriff Station for processing.
Crash when nearing the station
Cause: It happens because the game tries to call the added "SAHP" peds but they don't exist (aren't added). Can be due to installing a mod that replaces ambientmodelsets.meta therefore removing the added code for SAHP peds, or the existance of another new ambientmodelsets.meta that is loaded after this one Fix: Add the SAHP peds code in the last loading ambientmodelsets.meta or use the original cluckin_bell.ymt (backup provided in the .rar).
FUTURE PLANS (TBD)
Remove litter and grass props. Improve LODs. Add nighttime window emissions. Make an installer. Make spawned cars not stealable. Just had a carjacking event lol. Add interiors.
25/03/2025:
I've made a garage interior and also have an office interior to add in. But I don't know how to activate the garage mlo once the player has selected vehicle and tp'd there via lspdfr (tping above a portal doesn't work), or to make it exterior but need to remove the original props (weeds) first that spawn inside without copying the whole rpf (3gb) to mods folder. Editing the props in hei_cs1_06_strm_2.ymap (and also it's LOD versions) directly and copying them into the dlc makes the hd/stream ymap not load while all area goes to a LOD level, editing using guid from my custom ymaps does't work either. Any advise will be helpful, until then I'm stuck and holding the new update/release.

You need to install the META files for the LODS to function properly
If you use this in a video please credit it properly
Known Issues:
-Lights dont move with trunk. I cant fix this as its ELS and I only have so many different siren slots
