I only put in the LCPD crown vic and tahoe. I don't have mods where I can spawn cars or anything. I put that in through SparkIV. I've never done modding of any sort before so I need some guidance with this. Trying to recall exactly what I did, I downloaded IV from Steam, applied the update to IV, downloaded LCPDFR (0.95), went through the process to put cars in there as shown by the tutorial. I have a laptop, Intel Pentium B950 2.10GHz, 4.0GB RAM.

The game doesn't load buildings at all pretty much, it will sometimes display Niko's apartment. It always loads the train tracks, light poles, dumpsters, etc. When I go onto multiplayer it loads completely but will disconnect me after 30 seconds because my computer is running to slowly. When I tried LCPDFR last night for the first time it worked but it was really slow trying to select a character and a car. Once I was able to drive a car buildings and roads wouldn't load. Hello, I'm new here and trying to download vehicles. Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section. I'm using SparkIV (the newest one) and am trying to get car files imported or whatever so when I try LCPDFR for the first time I can select modded cars. Several things I'm trying to download a Boston Police crown vic, Massachusetts State Police crown vic, undercover crown vic (black) and undercover tahoe (black). When I search for things on here, most of them are just pictures of templates. How do I just get the regular files for the cars that I can just save and import into SparkIV? Thanks a lot for the help

So I'm new here so please help me out with this. I downloaded GTA IV from Patch. When I tried to open it, it said I needed Rockstar Games Social Club. I downloaded Social Club from Rockstar. When I try to open it, it says that it doesn't have a program to open it in. It gives me the list of Adobe reader, Internet explorer, etc. I'm trying to follow this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIg8hByjXPQ on how to download it but what I'm getting is nothing like the video. I also downloaded 7zip but nothing is working right now. Also how else will I need to set myself up to get into the real LCPDFR action? Thank you so much for the help.
