    EDIT - EUP WAS INSTALLED IMPROPERLY, PLEASE WATCH TUTORIALS!!! Mod not wanting to load. Error Message Below: Error while loading plugin C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\EUPMenu.dll. Plugin is skipped during reload. Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'EUPMenu, Version=2.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. [12/13/2025 10:42:06 PM.650] File name: 'EUPMenu, Version=2.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' I setup EUP via OpenIV and no errors we're given. RPH recognizes it as a plugin on the menu, and I have no idea why it's not working. Can someone please help?
