Here's a vehicle I have spent the past couple of days working on and plan on working on more until I am completely satisfied with the results. Pushbar may change, along with some interior stuff. I'm to lazy / bad to skin so it's released without one as I can not release the skin that's on it. Any feedback you wish to give let me know, I'm always looking to improve. Also, I know the cars ass is squatted in the screenshots. It's from a addon slot I had the car in. I'll get around to updating the screens when the next update for this rolls out.

I posted this pack a long time ago, and am re-uploading it because it's just been sitting on my HDD doing nothing.

realistic lighting pattern. (countless hours of video review, real life comparisons, videos, etc... The lighting couldn't be more accurate)

This was just a charger that I did real quick. Been wanting to do one for a while! You may want to play with the light codes for a cool pattern. Couldn't really find something that was cool. But, it's decent.Enjoy!

To install the models:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police2.yft,police2_hi and police2.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police2.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police2.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save

It's not just a k-9 unit! It's k-9 with a prisoner transport! So, now you can have best of both worlds! I spent a month on this Tahoe, perfecting this! There isn't a thing that wasn't looked at and fixed...Love this Tahoe..Even has working spotlights corona's!Own VCF. Some extra options should you decide you want them. Give it a download and check it out! Also, the twitter on the back of the Tahoe is real. I was making the livery from Georgia Tech PD and thought it would be cool to have a Sandy Shores PD twitter. If you want to check it out..just saying. Haha.

Here for all of y'all's enjoyment is a user-requested pack featuring textures from the Newton County Sheriff, the Henry County Police & Sheriff Departments, the Henry County Police H.E.A.T. Unit, the Covington Police Department, and the City of McDonough Police Department.
The design breakdown is as follows:
City of McDonough: 3 different varieties for the High Speed Designs 2014 Charger template Henry County Police: 2 Designs. The first (and current) design for any 2015 Chevy Tahoe using theHurk's 2015 Tahoe template or the High Speed Design's 2014 Charger. The second design is for the 2011 CVPI using the DSF texture. Henry County Police H.E.A.T. Unit: One design for the 2011 CVPI DSF template Henry County Sheriff: One design for the 2011 DSF CVPI template Covington Police Department: One Design for the High Speed Design 2014 Charger Newton County Sheriff: One design for the 2011 DSF CVPI template  
Again, these templates are for use with any 2011 CVPI using the DSF template, any 2014 Dodge Charger using the High Speed Design template, and any 2015 Tahoe using theHurk's template.
 
Also included is a replacement license plate for the San Andreas Exempt Plate. The replacement plate is a Georgia Law Enforcement plate that I created that is made to work for each vehicle (if the model creator used the default license plate vs one on the template). Install by going to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\Vehicles.rpf\vehshare.ytd and import it.

Based on the City of Albuquerque Police Department livery, this texture has been designed for use with the 2017 FPIS Detective Unit in TWISTEDSCOPES 2017 Miami Els Pack (Or any vehicle that uses the same template, obviously).

US Traffic Offenses For Patrol Toolkit - Add Realism and Immersion to your patrols with Realistic US traffic offenses!

This XML file is a rework of the Traffic Offense menu list in Patrol Toolkit, intended to provide more immersion and a familiar offense structure for LSPDFR players in the United States; Adding Infraction groups, improved offense titles/codes, and an updated fines/points system.

Well, some might wonder why I decided to upload a School Bus on this site. Well, I thought this would give a good base for a prison bus or something the likes, hence why I left the model unlocked and provided a wireframe template. Unfortunately I don't have time for that, but perhaps someone is up for it.

Whelen CenCom siren I converted from my CenCom siren on GTA IV.  Option 1 is the original files while Option 2 has the Police Bike's wail as the primary siren for those that wish to use that instead.
 
Just open your resident.rpf and drag in the vehicles.oac.
