  1. Just before, can I ask if you replaced the actual mesh files from the download with the ones from vanilla? Just need to clarify.
  2. Can you post the link to the model? I'll have a quick look at it at it to see what you're seeing.
  3. Under "Shaders 2" of the entry in notepad, have you made the texture names both correct for each head? For example, the black head will have "head_diff_000_a_bla" written there (Or whatever the texture is called). Try that.
  4. You want to take a look at the tutorial available on LCPDFR: https://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/player-ped-modification-tutorials/combining-ped-meshes-how-to-mix-and-match-clothes-for-a-ped-r4 All you really need is notepad and OpenIV. All you need to do is change the "head" meshes with the vanilla ones. You'll get used to it.

    Closing The Net

From the album: LCPD Action Shots

Two units pursue a car spotted fleeing the scene of a drive-by stabbing in Rotterdam Hill, while inside, the suspects begin to panic when they realise the net is closing.

    Vespucci Nab

From the album: LCPD Action Shots

A patrol pick up a subject matching the description of a suspect sighted fleeing a break in earlier in the evening around Vespucci Circus. Yay, I'm screenshotting again!
  7. A quick search yielded this article, stating that Russian police ordered lightbars for Ford Focus and Mercedes vehicles. The company is called "Nav comm", and whilst they have a website, their website remains under construction so there isn't much there unfortunately. Article: http://www.ledsmagazine.com/articles/2008/04/nav-comm-develops-new-led-lighting-systems-for-emergency-vehicles.html Website: http://www.nav-comm.net/home
  8. You can be any age to decide any religious preferences. I've been a relaxed Christian for 17 years. If I didn't approve of it or disliked my faith, I would have given up with church and Christianity years ago, but I've kept with it despite what people say and what I learn or am put through. The point I'm making is parents and upbringing may influence your religious choices, but at the end of the day, it's up to you to decide whether you want to be religious or not; you can be of any age to decide what beliefs you follow. Hope this has helped!

    Covering fire

From the album: LCPD Action Shots

Troopers provide cover for a colleague as he attempts to evade a suspect's gunfire during an armed standoff to reach a wounded officer
  10. The official definition of terrorism: "The unofficial or unauthorized use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims". Judging by what the page says, this suspect was a converted Muslim and had changed his name to "Ahmed the Converted". Considering Canadian involvement in Iraq, I would say that this attack could be classed as terrorism considering he deliberately attacked soldiers (Symbol of Canadian armed forces in Iraq). I'm getting faint reminders of the Lee Rigby incident in May 2013 in London, but this is to a much lesser extent of that 'incident'...
  11. I have a great interest in conflicts more recently such as the conflict currently in Ukraine, the collapse of Yugoslavia, Chechnya and The Vietnam War; primarily because these wars have a lot of politics behind them which means that you have to read further between the lines of politics and the choices made by governments, not just the two (Or in Bosnia's case 3) sides fighting. Yugoslavia is interesting as allegiance of the republics changed so many times. The Croats were at war with the Serbs and Belgrade, next they were fighting the Bosnian Muslims and then the Serbs again. Why? Politics. When you look closer, there is a lot of interesting things to see which make actions in the war more understandable. There is a LOT to look at with this war (Same with Vietnam). Ukraine is interesting as it is shaping relations between the West and Russia in tensions higher than that of 1989, meaning anything can happen.
  12. I'm a Theist, always have been. Although I support scientific theories, I still believe in a numinous figure. As the saying goes, I'd rather live my whole life assuming there is a God, only to find out that there isn't, than to live my whole life assuming there isn't a God, only to find out there is.

  18. I don't think Scotland will split. I think the "No" majority will remain just ahead and the undecided will panic and vote no. But we'll see, in just 24 hours...
  19. An old Lotus Esprit with what looks like an all blue and white FS Vector:
  20. I wouldn't pay too much attention to these people. Your thoughts and emotions trigger actions and results, not theirs. If these people talk down to you about what you aspire to do, you need to prove them wrong.
  21. Damn it Iconography! You posted as soon as I finished! Oh well, I'll leave them here for peace of mind: Mugging Drug deal Homeless disturbance Shots fired/shootout Drunk driver Stolen vehicle Criminal resisting arrest Armed robbery suspects fleeing
